  • Nice and cozy apartment in a great neighborhood of Paris. Lost of restaurants, bars and close to the subway. Communication with Arnoud was pleasant and accurate. Would book the apartment again!

  • Highly recommendable place! A really nice apartment in a great location. Not in the middle of the city but in a two minute walk to the metro station. Many shops, supermarkets and bakeries nearby and a veeeery comfortable bed.
It was inconvenient fetching the keys with all the luggage (just arrived from the airport), but I knew this beforehand.
Everything else was perfect: clean, tidy and comfortable.

  • Great place! we had a lovely holiday in Paris... the studio is very small, but is perfect for two. No noise at all, maybe in summer is different, althought we did hear the kids upstairs running around. Maybe the only thing I can share, is that the internet just worked for one laptop/phone, so that was a bit annoying, but everything else went very smooth, thanks a lot for the stay!

  • It was a really nice place with an unique Paris spirit. The neighborhood is pretty cute, with an amazing cathedral in front of the apartment and a cool ambient at night if you love visiting some bars or something. Arnaud & Romain place is very well communicated, with a metro station at only 3 minutes walking.

Special mention to the guy of the hotel where we took the keys (because we arrived during the weekend), he was very funny.

  • We had a great stay! Conveniently located with a lovely bar and bakery on the doorstep and the metro at 5 mins walk we managed to explore most of paris easily and comfortably. The apartment was basic and cosy, with tv facilities, heating and a very comfy sofabed! The kitchen was very useful and well equipped and the hosts responded to text messages quickly and happily. Overall we enjoyed our stay :) the only negative I would make is that on the first day we arrived, the flat above were banging around quite a lot (a child I think) but this only bothered us as we wanted a sleep from our long journey! This didn't occur again during our stay and any mention of noise outside in other comments, we personally found to be minimal and easy to sleep through! Not a problem at all :) thank you for a great stay! X

  • Studio pere lachaise was in a great location. Easy access to Paris center by metro. A couple nice bars and restaurants to hang out at your doorstep. I had a good time and would come back!

  • Pros: About a 5 minute walk to the Metro station w/ a grocery store, laundry and bakery close by. Within walking distance to the Pere Lachaise Cemetery which has beautiful headstones. We felt pretty safe in the area and the bed was comfortable for being a couch bed. Hosts answered our text at midnight to explain how to open the couch bed. Cons: The directions we were given to the apt were not right because of construction at a Metro stop we were supposed to change trains at, the train didn't stop so we struggled to get to the right Metro station. NOISY area. There are 3 bars right outside the apt. that are open until around 2 am. Even with the windows closed we were unable to sleep. Then the garbage man came around 6 am. picking up trash right under our window. There were also delivery trucks coming around early in the morning as well and 3 of the 5 nights of our stay, the church across the street had outdoor movies that they started around 10:30 pm and had the volume loud to drown out the bar noise. After being on the go all day and coming back to the apt. exhausted it was frustrating to not be able to go to sleep. So bring good earplugs or stay elsewhere. I didn't expect that we would have to purchase our own toilet paper (there was a 1/2 roll for 5 days) and soap for the shower but we did unless we wanted to use a 1/2 bar that someone else left. We were met by someone other than the hosts and she let us in and gave us the code and keys but didn't really have much else to tell us unless we had questions, and at the time we didn't. We were told to leave the keys on the table when we left and we did so we never met the hosts. I sent a text letting them know we had left but didn't get a reply.
The apt. is a rental. It is not someone's apt. that they are letting you stay in while they are away. There weren't any pictures on the walls or anything to give it a homey feel and the furniture looked 2nd hand. We didn't use the TV but the internet worked pretty well and the kitchen was functional though I did throw out some expired food that was on the shelf. I was hoping for more than we got but still enjoyed Paris.

  • The apartment was cute, spacious, clean and well equipped. It had a great view to Notre Dame de la Croix, but we had some trouble sleeping because of street noise. However, the location is great since there are restaurants, bars, boulangeries, supermarket and metro near by. The bad point was that we had to pick up the keys in a hotel that was quite far from the apartment and it took us a while, carrying the baggages. Thus, we highly recommend the apartment for a couple.

  • Great! Away from the tourist trap of the centre, walkable to some major attractions (Pere lachaise cemetery), and in a neighbourhood that lets you experience some of the real Paris and some hidden gems.

Apartment is perfect, with kitchen, laundry, dish washer.

    Would definitely recommend this.
