Located near Pieve Santo Stefano, at the crossroads of Umbria, Tuscany, and Marche, Quercia Rubra is a refined and linear farmhouse where every detail has been designed to offer the utmost comfort in a stunning natural setting!

The Interiors
Spread across four levels, the villa welcomes guests into a generous ground-floor living area: a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, an elegant living room a dining area overlooking the valley, and a billiard table for moments of leisure and friendly competition!
The main entrance is on the upper level, connected to the private parking area, and leads to the bedrooms via wide, bright staircases!
The design blends traditional materials, such as Umbrian terracotta, natural wood, and exposed beams, with contemporary art elements, creating a warm and sophisticated ambiance!

Quercia Rubra can accommodate up to 18 guests in 9 spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom!
The rooms feature high ceilings, wooden floors, and large windows that open out onto the countryside, flooding the space with natural light throughout the day!

Two large covered terraces allow guests to enjoy the exterior spaces in every season, while the panoramic garden opens onto the valley, embracing the heated infinity pool (7x14 m) and the hot tub.
Pool and Jacuzzi heating available on request (between 26°C and 30°C / 38°C depending on the season – not available in July and August; €700 weekly supplement).
Everything is designed for relaxation—from the first morning swim to a sunset glass of wine.

Quercia Rubra is rented as a private villa, meaning the entire property and all spaces featured in the photos will be for your exclusive use during your stay!

All bedrooms and indoor spaces are non-smoking.

A final cleaning fee of €50 applies.
[Security Deposit]
A security deposit of €1,500 will be required at check-in and held via credit card.
The deposit will be fully refunded within 2 days after check-out, provided no damage is found.
