  • Reni was just fantastic though on this occasion, I didn’t stay at the guest house as she had already had a booking; Reni and her personal assistant Kadek arranged alternative accommodation in the area.

The experience from commencement to conclusion was flawless; the accommodation arranged by Kadek was excellent, as Reni was out of town and could not be happier.

I have sung their praises on many occasions for Reni and Kadek, as they are lovely reliable people, and the experience is memorable, relaxing and as a more personal feel to my travels other than the corporate machine of a hotel, were I have had the chance to meet the real people from a local community.

Thank you Reni and Kadek as I look forward to returning soon

  • I had a wonderful time at Reni's place. The place itself is cozy, and provides easy access to many beaches in south Kuta, including Uluwatu, Balangan, and Secret Beach. There is a supermarket just a few minutes away, which comes in handy. Reni's house maid is very sweet.

But what really made the stay was Reni - she is a very welcoming and gracious host. Not only is she extremely helpful as far as local activities, things to do and places to eat, but she truly seems to enjoy having people stay at her place and getting to know them. On more than one occasion, we had wonderful conversations until the wee hours of the night. Her other longer-term guest is also a really cool guy, and he took me to one of his favorite beach spots and we caught some awesome sunset photos. Just good people. If I am able to go back, I would definitely stay again!

  • We stayed in Reni's other guest house because the one advertised was already occupied. This worked out great for my friend and I. The place was clean and cozy and her maid was very sweet. Reni was a great host. She had lots of suggestions for things we could do and she is quite close to the beach. She even came herself to pick us up from Sanur. Overall, we had a wonderful experience in the Bukit thanks to Reni!

  • I recently stayed with Reni for 4 nights. I stayed at her 2nd house as the guesthouse was fully booked. The house is only a minute walk to the guest house so in the same area. My room was big and really clean with the option of a/c and breakfast. Balangan beach is about a 30 min pleasant walk, but there is also the option of renting a bike or taking a taxi, which is about 20,000rp one way. The supermarket and places to eat are about 20 minutes walk. Balangan beach is lovely and relaxed with a few warungs. Dreamland beach is also close by, I walked one day and it took an hour at a very slow pace! I would recommend staying with Reni as she is very welcoming and has a lot of knowledge on Bali. I felt very comfortable here and loved spending time with Mocha, the adorable puppy!

  • Reni was a wonderful host! Her house is very well kept and in a nice remote location. There are a ton of spots around her house, inside and out, to lounge around and relax. Immediately upon arrival Reni made me feel at home and gave me an overview of all the local hotspots. She also rented a bike for me so I could get to the beach down the road and to wherever else I wanted to go. On one day I had a mini emergency and Reni dropped everything to help get across town. She went way beyond my expectations.
