Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
This unique apartment above a garage/shop , detached from the main house. Tucked away into a urban forest. I call it Our Robin's Nest because you look out on to branches of large fir trees. It is very private , yet Starbucks is right next door. Private entry and off street parking. This space has everything you need full kitchen, washer&dryer, queen size bed and fold out couch , plus a Play and Pack for the Littles. Walkable neighborhood , parks market and restaurants within walking distance.

The space
The unit is above the garage / shop. The shop hours are 10-3 you may hear noise during those hours. The unit is behind the main house and looks out to a wooded back yard. It is private , but the property is in the city so you will hear typical neighbor hood noises.

Guest access
Guest have a parking space labeled for guest parking . You walk along the breezeway and up an outside set of stairs to the front door. There is a patio with chairs and table along the breezeway for the guest to use with a BQ .

Other things to note
My husband is a carpenter and has a shop below the unit. If he is working on a project you may hear drills , table saw etc. between 10 am and 3 pm.

I am a retired Teacher. Taught elementary school for 30 years. Now I am busy with a zilllion projects. I share my life with my husband Scott of 43 years. We have two adult children that live in Portland, Oregon. Love to travel to new places , it helps expand my thinking. Love architecter, Europe has wonderful old buildings which we do not have in Western US. So it's such a treat to travel to a places with so much history. My grandparents came from Europe and they talked about how beutiful it is. My Grandfather was from Sloviana. We love the ocean, good food , music, movies and reading.
