There is also one, possibly 2, twin mattresses that may be available, so the room can potentially accommodate up to 4 people. Please check my other listings for additional availability if you have a larger group.
You're welcome to make yourself at home and have use of the kitchen, living spaces, and washer and dryer, just please tidy up after yourself. There aren't any TVs, but there are many books that you are welcome to borrow from off the shelves and peruse at your leisure.
There is wireless internet throughout the house. If you need to print something, let me know and I can print it for you from the desktop in the den.
I am fun loving, easy going, and friendly. I enjoy having conversations and hanging out with my guests, but I understand the need for space and privacy. My default is to follow my guest(s) lead in how much or little interaction they want.
I love going on adventures and doing outdoorsy types of activities, and I'm always up for a hike at the state park. I sometimes have a slackline setup in the yard if you'd like to give it a go :P I also enjoy going downtown to hang out, chill at coffee shops and try new restaurants. I'm always interested in trying something new and am happy to provide recommendations for places to visit or restaurants to try. I may be able to show you around, but I'm in the middle of studying for board exams so that would depend on my study schedule.
The house is located a quiet suburban neighborhood in Taylors, SC. The neighborhood is nice and safe, full of mature trees and lovely for taking in a stroll. The neighbors are friendly, and will often wave or say hello.

If you don't have a car and would be needing transportation to or from any destination, let me know ahead of time and I can see if I can arrange my schedule to accommodate :D There is a bus stop for the Greenlink, Greenville's public transportation system, a 15 minute walk from the house. It is on Route 11 and it is a 20 minute ride to downtown Greenville. Downtown Greenville has a bike share program (B-cycle) that has 6 stations with 28 bicycles available to rent. The daily rate is $5 (or $15/week) and the first 60 minutes are free. This is a great way to explore downtown and the Swamp Rabbit Trail, a 17.5 mile multi-use trail system.
I have 2 dogs, so you must love or at least be tolerant of dogs. Their names are Vasco and Nova. Vasco is a Sheltie who's friendly without being over the top, while Nova's new to the family and loves meeting new people and being silly. You are welcome to bring your pet with you as long as they are up to date with their vaccinations, housebroken, and friendly with dogs.

When in Greenville, stay with Grace!
Grace is very friendly and accommodating.
The master suite (bedroom/bathroom) is exceptionally clean, well prepared and Grace will go out of her way to provide you with everything you could ever need to enjoy your stay.
We had a great weekend in Greenville.
My stay in Taylors went so smoothly. Grace's home is relaxing, clean, and spacious. I had a large room with attached bath. The king size bed was very comfortable. In the morning I was able to walk around the wooded neighborhood and get some exercise after a long drive the day before. Grace allowed me to prepare food in the kitchen and store things in the fridge. I would definitely recommend her as a host.
Grace was a great host! She was very understanding and flexible with our arrival time. She even greeted us outside in cold when we couldn't find the house! The neighborhood was very beautiful and quite and we felt like we were at home. The bed was amazinggggg to sleep in and the private bathroom was a great touch. Me and my boyfriend will definitely be staying with Grace again!
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay with Grace. The room and accommodations were just as described. We enjoyed most sitting and getting to know her and her friends. May God bless you Grace as you take your medical test to qualify for residency. You will be a great Doctor!
Overall experience and personal satisfaction: A+
It was a warm, quiet, clean, comfy, and spacious yet cozy stay. Everything was perfect, but a few things to rave about: The huge and clean bathroom inside the room, such comfortable beds, and the host's generosity in accommodating 4 girls and letting us have full use to her kitchen. The room is exactly as shown in the photos- beautiful. We stayed here 3 nights and it was absolutely pleasant. Thanks again Grace!

During our entire road trip well over 2500 miles this was the most comfortable place we settled down. Grace was very helpful and inviting. The living quarters were very clean and organized. I would recommend this for anyone staying around this area. Easy access to Greenville and it's beautiful downtown location.
Grace was a perfect host - the bedroom was as good as it gets and the bed was very comfortable.
Id def stay with Grace again

We were only able to stay with Grace for one night, but we wished we could have stayed longer. We arrived much later than we had originally planned, but Grace was very patient. She had beds set-up for us when we arrived, and we were able to sleep quite comfortably. Her puppies were a lot of fun to play with. The Sheltie was a little shy at first, but once she warms up to you, she is very friendly. If anyone stays with Grace, I recommend you go into Greenville and see the Falls Park on the Reedy. We went there after we left Grace's home, and it was a beautiful park! Thank you, Grace, for everything you did for us!
Grace was the perfect AirBnB host. Before I arrived and throughout my stay she was generous with her offers of help. She was interesting and fun to talk to. She even baked a delicious Apple pie. But she wasn't at all intrusive. She seemed to constantly be concerned that I feel comfortable and not feel a need to chat if I wanted privacy.
The room was perfect. Clean, quiet, private, with its own bathroom. I felt all the privacy and comfort I could have asked for.
And Taylors is a very nice, quiet suburb in the hills. A nice getaway from Greenville.
All in all, the perfect AirBnB experience. Couldn't be happier.
On our way to Asheville from Charleston we took a detour to check out downtown Greenville and fell in love! We stayed with Grace in Taylors, SC just a 15 drive from downtown. Her house was easy to find and set in a nice little woodsy neighborhood. We arrived with our two large dogs and Grace was more than happy to accommodate us even with two dogs of her own. The room we stayed in was very spacious with a comfortable king size bed and a large bathroom attached to the room. We would definitely stay with her again.
