Celebrate winter with the Champagne Powder of Steamboat Springs. From the first touch of your skis to the snow, you’ll know you’ve arrived at the heart of Ski Town, USA.
Don’t ski? Don’t worry. A day’s lesson at a ski school will have you schussing down the slopes in fine form. Ice-skating, snowmobiling, or a smile-inducing sleigh ride o’er the fields of snow are also great ways to experience the high country. As the snow melts, the high country opens up to four and even class five river rafting, as well as fly-fishing, mountain biking (many pro-caliber racers live here), hiking and more. There’s so much to do that your sore muscles will appreciate a soak in the local hot springs that give the town its name.

The description for Katy's condo was perfect. Her place was just like the photos. The front desk staff was very nice and the apartment was spotless. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need for the week. They even had laundry detergent! The only negative thing about the apartment was the pull out couch. Katy was lovely to deal with. After we got in touch, she got right back to me with questions I had about the place and was very friendly. She gave me great directions about all the details I needed to check in so things went very smoothly. I would highly recommend Katy's condo.
Great location. Shuttle to lifts was great. Loved having underground parking!
Katy was excellent, the apartment was as described and all else went very smoothly.
Great condo in close proximity to the lifts. The complex operates like a hotel and check in and out were super smooth and easy. Great amenities too,
Very good stay, comfortable modern room, great quality bed. Convenient to the slopes, and the shuttle runs very frequently. Underground parking is a big plus for snowy days. Management allowed us to park on property till very late in the day of checkout, which was very helpful as we skied all day.
The condo was wonderful! It met all of our expectations! The entire booking experience was easy! Katy answered all of my questions quickly and painlessly! We would love to go back!
It was clean and friendly. The location was fantastic and the shuttle to the mountain for skiing was super convenient, we did not wait more than 5 minutes to get one. Location is close to grocery and the kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed to cook our own meals. We had a problem with the TV and they came immediately and fixed it. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Katy!

I rent out my WorldMark timeshare -- 120+ resort locations all over the US, Mexico, Canada, Australia, Fiji, New Zealand, and England.
My specialty is last-minute short-stay accommodations -- Except for holidays and summer weekends -- those book far in advance. You can book as far as 13 months out!
I have units that can accommodate as many as eight people. Have more than eight? You can rent more that one unit!
Almost all units have a complete kitchen. In addition to full-size appliances, you'll find plates, glasses, silverware, and other kitchen items.
Feel good about your vacation! A portion of every rental fee goes to help purchase clothing, shoes, school supplies, medical supplies, and nutritious food for children through Children International. Learn more about Children International and consider sponsoring a child yourself!
