Our newly renovated beachfront condo is a serene retreat where you can relax and recharge. Located on the 4th floor, the unit is easily accessible by elevator or stairwell, and we’ve made moving in a breeze with handy carts available to help transport your belongings.

You'll have access to all the fantastic amenities our condo offers during your stay. The best part of staying in our condo is enjoying the shared facilities like the pool, pool loungers, and sauna – perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Speaking of the beach, you'll appreciate the brand-new beach walkover, making it incredibly easy to access the pristine shoreline. You'll be just steps away from the sandy beach, ready to soak up the sun and enjoy the ocean breeze. Additionally, you'll have your own dedicated parking spot, ensuring convenience throughout your stay.

Located just 15 minutes north of Daytona Beach, you will stay at one of the ideal locations for attending your favorite concerts, the biggest events, and even the world-famous NASCAR races like the Daytona 500. Love wildlife? From the balcony, we have seen dolphins, sea turtles, and one of the world's most endangered whales - the right whale. Additionally, the balcony is a prime spot to witness rocket launches, adding a unique touch to your stay. The Condo HOA does not allow pets on the property. The Oceanwatch Condominiums are private property, do not allow access to the public and is not a business. If an animal that is not a service animal is brought into the unit; you will be charged a cleaning fee per day equal to the nightly base price and the animal must vacate the unit immediately.

There is a maximum of 4 guests allowed in the unit as per fire code, any more than 4 people in the unit will be charged a fee of $300 per night
