Step 1: When you arrive at the subdivision, on the left side you will find an intercom.
Just press the “Call” button and an operator will assist you.
Indicate that you are going to apartment 201 of the Gaviota building.

Step 2: Upon entering, head to the apartment area on the left.
The Gaviota building is on the right side within that area.

🔐 If the second access gate to the apartments is closed, dial on the intercom:
Press “Call” and then enter the number 034.

This process with the number 034 will only be necessary the first time.
Afterwards, you can use a white card that you will find on the dining table. Just bring it to the reader and the gate will open automatically.
