We loved Nicole's apartment. The location was perfect and the studio was clean and just as beautiful (stunning!) as you can see in the photos. No photoshopping here :) Also the doormen were very always helpful (I asked for the laundry room because we brought our 2yr old with us) and Nicole was always available via text. I can highly recommend this apartment and would come back here at any time.

This was a lovely apartment located in the heart of Chelsea. Perfect for two people! Nicole was helpful.
We did not have the opportunity to meet Nicole in person. She was available to guide us and answer questions via text messaging. The studio apartment was exactly what we expected and the view was sweeping. We were disappointed that we were not allowed to use the workout facility in the building. The Chelsey neighborhood is comfortable with a great market across the street. Parking was available next door at the rate of $48 a day. This was a bit higher than I have previously paid in the city...I was hoping for $30...yet the convenience made it worth it. Cabs were readily available outside the front door. We were grateful Nicole had a blow up bed so our daughter could stay two nights with us. Overall we had a great time in the city. Highlights were walking the Highline and shopping in the Chelsey market. As well as attending three Broadway shows!
One of the best places I've stayed in New York.

Had an absolutely lovely stay at Nicole's place in Chelsea!
We were stranded in NY when a snowstorm cancelled our flight - and the airline wouldn't rebook us for another 4 days. Our hotel had already kicked us out - and we were in a jam. Nicole was responsive and understanding and got us into her place within a matter of hours. An incredible effort that we very much appreciated as it was snowing and sleeting outside and we had nowhere else to go!
Nicole is not only a wonderful person - but her place is simply stunning. It looks exactly like the pictures - it is not one of those AirBrushed AirBNB places! The floor to ceiling windows were such a treat night or day - we were able to watch the city wake up and go to sleep every night. And as we were on the 14th floor - we did not hear any of the hustle or bustle of the city - we could just view the silent movie of the city in action.
The place is conveniently located by Trader Joes, Whole Foods, and a more affordable (yet very well stocked) Grocery Store right across the street. There are tons of places to eat, shop, stroll along Broadway and its also easy to move around the city without a problem as Nicole's place was very close to N, R, and Q lines - as well as the 1 and 2.
All in all a lovely experience - when we are back in NY we will surely re-book with Nicole!
The place was perfect, amazing view, no problems at all!
The apartment was as advertised and a great place to stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
We arrived at 1 am and got into the apartment seamlessly. Nicole had verified ahead of time the arrangment with the doorman providing keys and availability as needed.
The unit was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We slept very well which was one of the main pleasures.Very little street noise since it is on the 14th floor and faces busy 6th avenue.
We had three comfortable days...mostly nights since we left early and came back late.
Nicole was available by phone and text and responded promptly to any questions or (website hidden) general we were very satisfied.
The only concerns were that the bed is in an alcove separated by a floor screen so there isn't really a one bedroom feel but more like a large studio. The TV is Apple..so no ongoing news programs. We weren't knowledgeable enough about how it worked to maximize its usage. Which was also nice in some ways. The window shades on all of the windows provided privacy and some darkness, They could use a little refreshing.
In summary, we would be happy to use it again for a 2 or 3 day stay.
