  • Cecilia's apartment was wonderful. Immaculate, tasteful, spacious, very comfortable (we were 3 adults and a baby), great location close to everything yet quiet, something so hard to come by in NY. Easy to find street parking too. Cecilia was super accommodating, professional and so quick to respond and very sweet. We will do our best to stay in Cecilia's apartment for our next visit. Thank you Cecilia!

  • Cecilia's apartment was perfect, totally the same than photos and description. We stayed with my friends 8 days and we felt like home .
The area is perfect too, near the ferry and a lot of really cool bars, restaurants and others ....
We recommend with my friends this place, I will probably take this apartment if I come back in Brooklyn !

  • What more can I say that hasn't already been said with previous reviews. Perfect 2 bedroom place, area & complex is very quiet. 2 blocks from the Greenpoint Station (G-Train). No television though....not that I'd spend my holiday staring at the idiot box but would have liked to have watched the news.

Place was exceptional...loved it. Would definately consider Cecilia's place for next time. A++++++++++++++++++++

    You will not be disappointed!

  • My parents stayed in Cecilia's apartment while they were in town over Thanksgiving weekend and they loved every minute of it! They've stayed at a few AirBnB places and it's always been hit or miss for them, but in their words, "This was the best place we've ever stayed! It was like a hotel but so much better!"

Cecilia was responsive and helpful when we were making the booking and continued to be very responsive anytime I needed to get in touch with her. The apartment looked brand new and was extremely clean, well appointed and comfortable. I'd definitely stay here and I know my parents will stay here again the next time they visit!

  • Ceclia's apartment was great and just what we needed for our 5 day trip to NYC. Location was good, nice and peaceful and the apartment itself was lovely and clean with all the facilities you need and great size rooms.

We will definitely be back on our next visit!

  • Our son - living in Brooklyn - drawed our attention on airbnb while we
where planning a vacation in New York. We surely don't regret this.
The Greenpoint App from Caecilia Di Paolo offered for more than a week a pleasant, clean and restfull home (a fine condition for countryman like us from a small village in the Netherlands) after we had spend all day in Brooklyn or Manhattan. It was provided with all the luxury we needed, situated in a quiet neighbourhood with fast and easy communications bij ferry and subway. We enjoyed our stay !!!

  • Cecilia's apartment was just as pictured. It was very clean, sunny, close to the subway and a step away from the East River Ferry. The India St. pier offers a fantastic view of the NY skyline day or night.

Like others have mentioned, the building and the apartment has been renovated, with central A/C and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. We felt safe in the neighborhood and there were plenty of shops, eateries and bars in the area. There were 5 of us for a long weekend, and it was a comfortable fit. Although Cecilia was away, Valeria was there to check us in and was very quick to respond to questions during our stay. Thank you!

  • Awesome apartment. Really spacious and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends. Great bars nearby (esp Lulus and brouwerij lane) and in a nice relaxed neighborhood. Cecilia was easy to get in touch with and was there to meet us on arrival. She left a handy brochure with information about the local area and numbers for car services etc that was very helpful.
