Highly desirable home, rarely on the market due to the high demand and long term renters. Prices are higher during peak season.

A paradise nestled among the trees, an oasis hidden in a dreamy beach town
This gorgeous home has all the amenities you want in a vacation getaway, including swimming pool, outdoor shower, gated entrance, two bathrooms, and an upstairs loft. In the backyard, the fully mature garden creates an idyllic, private setting, where one can relax in teak lounge chairs, daydream in the hammock, or find inspiration on the BBQ using fresh local ingredients. Indoors, you can kick back and enjoy the luxuries of home with our flat-screen TV (with cable), WiFi, iPod stereo docking system, and fully equipped kitchen and sharp knives(don't you hate when knives are dull).......
The upstairs loft space provides a secluded area to do yoga, stretch, and meditate in the warm tropical air. When it’s time to put down your head, our en suite master bedroom offers a king-size bed, with queen-size beds in the second bedroom and loft. There are lots of windows, so there is plenty of light all day long.
We have 2 bikes for you during your stay, which you’ll want to use because you’re only a five-minute ride to town and to numerous beaches. The house is also within walking distance to two different beaches, including Buena Vista, where every year thousands of turtles come to lay their eggs and nest. During the short stroll to the main beach at Samara, you’re likely to encounter horses, exotic birds, monkeys swinging from trees, armadillo crossings, iguana sightings—and of course many friendly hellos!
One of the safest and prettiest beaches in the country is Playa Samara..."

The Key to Costa Rica
Samara’s local fare highlights the area’s freshest ingredients, including fresh caught fish and local beef. But if you’re in the mood for something more exotic, the town features all manner of international fare, including Japanese and Thai. Beach-side restaurants provide a natural setting that will feed your soul as well as your body.
Centrally located, it is a short drive to volcanoes, hot springs, waterfalls, rain forests, zip-lining, kayak adventures, and the type of sightseeing you’ve only ever dreamed of. With more species of birds in Costa Rica than any other place in the world, the country will mesmerize you every day with its vibrant colors and its natural music.

Our family spent 8 days in April at Jeff's house In Samara. We have to say our stay was wonderful, the home was immaculate and spacious and spotless. The bedrooms were very comfortable with more than ample closet space. The kitchen was a nice size with enough area to cook as large a meal anyone may need for 6 or more people.
The loft area is huge and we were quite surprised(It is bigger than the pictures show it to be)Having 2 bathrooms with each their own shower was also a bonus. The vaulted ceiling with the ceiling fan's were more than adequate to keep the house cool and we rarely if ever had to use the A/C.
The pool was used quite often during our stay and was a great way to cool of and relax after a day at the beach.
The location is great and only a short distance from the center of town.We all walked to town one evening for dinner and is just a short bike ride too.
Colleen the property manager was a great help and was waiting when we arrived in town to show us around the home and was available to answer any question during our stay, thanks Colleen.
Overall we give the home and our stay 5 stars and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
Thank you again Jeff.
Regards,Phil and Vanessa Easton
