This lovely Rome apartment has just been fully renovated with an elegant style. It is located in one of the most elegant streets of Rome: Via Margutta, next to the Spanish Steps, to Piazza del Popolo and to Villa Borghese’s park. The apartment is on the second floor of an eighteenth century building.
The cozy living room features a stylish sofa, armchairs, low table for reviews, a TV, with DVD player, a fantastic wide window overlooking the private courtyard.
The black sofa will allow you to give hospitality to a friend, if you will need to. The master bedroom, with the ensuite bathroom with shower, has an amazing, comfortable king size bed, night tables, abat-jour. It is air conditioned. From the master bedroom, you can access the private courtyard, with its outdoor furniture.
After some shopping in the eternal city, relax yourself in a silent apartment, located in an ancient small street, yet one of the most elegant and safe of Rome!
The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove, fridge, freezer, microwave. This apartment is perfect for people who want to stay in the historical center of Rome, still staying in a quiet street.
Location: The apartment is located in the Spanish steps area, where are the most elegant streets of Rome: Via Frattina, Via Condotti, Via della Croce, Via di Propaganda, Via del Babuino, etc.. Moreover, the area offers the possibility to visit the most important sights of Rome (Piazza di Spagna, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza Barberini) and at the same time to walk in Villa Borghese park, enjoying the amazing view of Rome from the Pincio. You will be enchanted by the wonderful colours of Rome roofs and by the architecture of Rome cupolas.
This area offers a wide choice of bars and restaurants.
I think that the uniqueness of this apartment is the possibility of being in one of the most exclusive street in Rome and also the outdoor space is a very important extra comfort as in Rome weather and temperature are always very pleasant.

Our host was away but I believe the property is one of 200 the company owns and we were met by a lovely gentleman. We also arranged airport transfer which was definitely worthwhile.
The location is perfect and is minutes from the Spanish Steps and within walking distance of most sites.
As for the property itself I'm afraid it's pretty shabby, there is a large living/dining room which is very dark and dank with a pervasive damp smell.
The kitchen is fine and has everything you need with fairly new units but again a little rough around the edges.
The bedroom is fine but again quite old and musty.
There is air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom- the unit in our bedroom was faulty but it did get repaired 3 day after we complained so should be fine now.
My biggest issue is the bathroom which is truly disgusting- very mouldy with black around the tiles on the floor and walls. We all wore flip flops in there the whole time. I complained and about 4 days later they cleaned the bathroom again but it didn't make much of a dent I'm afraid. The bathroom is worse than backpacker standard. It needs a total refurb with new shower tbh.
Lorenzo answered all my emails very quickly despite not being in the city but as I said it's a large organisation and he had people covering him- they weren't incredibly efficient but were fine.
I'm afraid I can't recommend this flat there are much better options.
Dear P. Narayan,
I'm sorry that your stay wasn't as you would've liked it. No, no, I don't own 200 properties! Wish I did! :) I do own a company which manages a few properties which are all hand picked by me, Lorenzo. When I'm not out of town (I manage properties in Rio de Janeiro), I check the guests in myself. Otherwise, I have Mr. Honey do it.
THANK YOU for your review. I will make sure to inspect the apartment thoroughly upon my return and I'll make sure to sit with the owner of it to go down the list of the things that need to be improved for future stays to be more pleasant.
I hope to have the chance to welcome you in another apartment in the future.
Again, thanks for your valuable review.
Best regards, Lorenzo
Great Location but quiet!! Pickup ride from the airport was very pleasant. Fast wifi and close to grocery stores and major shopping areas. Was clean and had all the necessities. Sofa bed wasn't very comfortable though.
It is a very well located and nice apartment. Just a few minutes away from the spanish steps and the trevi fountain.
The apartment ist clean and well equipped.
Lorenzo is a very nice and good host and he replies very fast if you have any questions.
The transport from the airport is recommendable. It was a one-of-a-kind experience because our driver was so nice and a profi.
All in all it was an amazing trip in this beautiful city and the apartment supported that impression in the best possible way.
