Welcome to Beachgrass, a completely remodeled 2 BR A-Frame ideally located just steps away from Laketown Beach and the pristine shores of Lake Michigan. Enjoy the tranquility of the screened in porch, stone patio, and firepit surrounded by 6 acres of woods and dunes. Conveniently located 10 minutes from both Saugatuck and Holland allows you to explore the quaint beach towns while staying in the serenity of nature.

The space
Beachgrass sits on 6 acres of mature woods that is adjacent to Laketown Beach. It is apart of hidden dune cottages which has a sister property, Dune Thistle (airbnb.com/h/dunethistle-hiddendunecottages) Just a short walk down the driveway and you arrive at the entrance to the park where you can enjoy the sand dunes, beach and the breathtaking views of Lake Michigan.

Note: Laketown Beach is a beautiful, secluded beach and is considered a “hidden gem.” The beach is accessed through the dunes and involves a dune climb. The climb is worth it with stunning views of Lake Michigan!

This property is located half way between Saugatuck and Holland making it very convenient to explore these coastal towns. It is a short drive to Huyser Farm Park where you can hike and pick blueberries for free. Other nearby attractions include the Saugatuck State Park and the Felt Manor.

Inside is fully remodeled and professionally designed by Grand Rapids designer Brooke Faulk including many features such as in unit laundry, a screened in porch, and beautiful unique vaulted ceilings. A fully stocked kitchen, warm living space, cozy bedroom, and unique 2nd bedroom loft make this cottage an ideal place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beauty of the Lake Michigan coast.

Other things to note
