About this listing
I'm renting my old bedroom, with a comfortable one and a half sized bed (I'm not really sure that's how you say it, but still, a big-ass individual bed)
It's in Belgrano, 5 blocks away from the "D" subway line (and a terminal station, so you can always get one of those sweet seats everyone is talking about) and the "Metrobús" (which is just the the city's fancy way of saying "exclusive lanes", but, alas, accessible transportation, yo).
As I said, there's a big ass comfortable bed and a reasonable amount of storage space for whatever you may have. You'd have access to a desk, in a place which may be considered "office space".
The room gets great sunlight and there's even an awesome palm tree right outside the window (god bless my neighbors).
I'm a funny-ass extroverted kinda guy who loves meeting new people, so we'd be likely to get along (unless you were really uncool, of course). Besides, you'd be paying me and I would wanna get those sexy 5 stars, so the time spent together should usually be very pleasant.
We'd be sharing the entire house, except access to each other's rooms, unless the circumstances would require it (Like me wanting to steal your shit (no, not really. There's a key to your room in your key-chain for you to lock it if you felt like it)).
There's a cozy living room, an unnecessarily big kitchen, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, the office space and the terraza (with that parrilla for us to make one of those famed argentine asados).
Interaction with guests
As I said, I'm a sociable kind of guy, so if you wanted to chill, we could chill; if you didn't, we needn't.
I'd hook you up with a SUBE card, for all of your public transportation needs (you really need one of those to get around cheaply). And a DIA supermarket discount card, to get access to all of those discounts in high quality (not really) products at the nearby supermarket (There are like four markets in a 2 block radius, so you shouldn't be short of supplies).
My house is in the middle of the block, so pretty far away from the noises that could be provoked by street fights and drive-by shootings (just kidding, it's a pretty chill and somewhat fancy area).
There aren't many tall buildings in sight (none in the actual block, actually), and many trees to be hugged and appreciated nearby.
There are a couple parks a few blocks away, and many lunch, dining and binge-drinking options nearby. A couple are cheaper, a couple are nicer, but there are some that are just the right amount of each.
You've got Avenida Cabildo five blocks away, where you can find that afore-mentioned Metrobús and the D line subway station Congreso de Tucumán, which goes all the way downtown through Belgrano, Palermo and Recoleta.
If you were here for academic purposes, There's a bus five blocks away that takes you to UBA's Ciudad Universitaria, along with many major private universities nearby.
Other things to note
If we got along well enough, there's always a good excuse to host an asado for us to eat and drink excessively and socialize with my people.
My cat, Cat, is "reasonably friendly". You'd be in a territorial dispute for like the first two days, but then it'll all be golden and you'll be cuddling in no time.
