Great location and a lovely although small apartment. Kristine provides a cozy homely experience and we slept like logs in the very comfy bed! The kitchen had everything we needed and there was space to store the luggage under the bed. We liked the modern bathroom although some might find it a bit claustrophobic, especially if you are "big framed". The wifi was so strong we could connect at the restaurant across the road!
We really enjoyed the location and access to the beach, restaurants (2 amazing ones and an excellent coffee shop right across the road) and walking path along the beach,. We would definitely return.
Lovely clean, comfy and cosy studio in the middle of St Kilda scene. Kristina is a gracious and generous host. Bring your earplugs for weekends - it's a party scene outside!
I recently stayed in this lovely studio for a weekend and I am very happy to give my recommendation. Kristina met me bright and early to give me the keys and show me the place. It is ideally located in the heart of St Kilda, right by some very convenient tram routes. The studio is bright and airy, very tastefully decorated and furnished. Kristina was very helpful and offered a lot of helpful advice. She has also left some very helpful maps and guides for guests.
This is a lovely little gem - although its small its been well designed so it has most of the things you need. Four large windows makes it light and bright and sunny and its spotlessly clean. The location is perfect. 1 minute from the tram stop and 20 mins into central Melbourne (£3.50 for a day ticket), 5 mins walk from St Kilda beach where you can amble in either direction and within 10 mins walk is a huge choice of places to eat - the Chinese across the road (30 secs walk!) is excellent if a little pricey. It is as close to living like locals that a tourist can get. Kristina herself is very friendly and helpful - just the other end of a text. We can't praise this place too much! Just go!
From the outset, Kristina was helpful and answered all our queries promptly. The apartment is located near to St Kilda Beach, and on the (phone number hidden) tram routes into the city. The apartment was well presented, very clean and comfortable and with everything you need to ensure a wonderful stay. Shops and restaurants are close at hand on Fitzroy Street, although we preferred to make 10 minute to the shops and restaurants at the other end of Acland Street. Like others, we found the wet room bathroom slightly inconvenient, particularly if you wanted to use the sink after showering, as the floor was wet and took a while to dry out. Likewise the bathroom door offers no privacy, in that there is a 6 inch space at the top and bottom of it. But this should not detract from what is a great little apartment and we had a very happy two weeks there.
By far the best place I stayed in Melbourne! This place is lush! Bright and airy, it's just around the corner from a great strip of bars! The tram is right there and takes you right into downtown. It's the best of both worlds! Kristina is an incredible host and Super rad lady. She also makes sure the apartment is equipped with everything a traveler may need! I would have stayed here my whole trip if I could have! :) This place truly is a jewel!
We had a great stay in this cosy apartment in st Kilda . Close to bars restaurants and shopping our host was so helpful in communicating and we were met to collect keys . Thanks for a great stay highly recommended
Kristina's apartment is small, neat and tidy. Easy to access and in a safe neighbourhood. Close to bars, restaurants and trams. The kitchen is small but ample for fast eats. The bed was very comfortable and I love that it could be folded away. The only negatives, small bathroom with open shower and not a proper door on the bathroom. I also think for the asking price that we shouldn't have to supply toilet paper. However, I am fussy and these negatives may not bother a single traveller. Other than that our stay was perfect. We had a wonderful holiday.
I had a wonderful stay in St Kilda thank you Kristina. The apartment had everything I needed & it was a great location
Great location in the heart of St Kilda, less than a minute's walk to the tram stop and directly opposite a wonderful cafe with great food and coffee. The apartment was beautifully decorated, cosy and clean, and the host Kristina was extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend a stay here.
