Are you searching for a one-of-a-kind accommodation in Downtown St. Augustine? Our Peace, Love & Happiness-inspired renovation project transformed an old warehouse into an exceptional blend of fun and uniqueness.

Local artisans contributed their skill in crafting the handmade kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, stained glass doors, as well as the exquisite red cedar and epoxy island countertop. The wall with the renowned Spread Love graffiti and the outdoor St. Augustine mural define the space.

The space
We poured all of our love into this home and we're sure you're going to feel it during your stay. You'll enter The ArtHouse through the bamboo garden with your own personal entrance code. A flashing neon Welcome sign will greet you before you enter the space. Right in front of you will be the living room with the Spread Love graffiti wall, the kitchen on the far right, and the den/bedroom with the handmade VW bed on the far left. Heading down the hallway you'll see the Jack and Jill guest bathroom on the right, the guest bedroom just past it, and the primary bedroom next on the left side. Both back bedrooms have doors that lead outside to the outdoor shower. The laundry is at the far end of the hallway.

The main space has a kitchen with GE Cafe appliances and a small SMEG refrigerator. We provide a second fridge in the garage should guests need additional space. The island has 3 stools, and the dining table handmade by Sticks accommodates 6-7 guests.

The primary bedroom has a Stearns and Foster king bed and a brand new 55" Samsung TV. A hand-carved Sticks headboard is the focus of the room with a giant heart, floating icons above, and metallic gold paint dabs all around. A graffiti love wallpapered closet and a 6-drawer dresser will accommodate your clothing. A private full bathroom completes the suite, as well as a door that leads to an outdoor shower.

Additional family or guests can stay comfortably in the double queen guest bedroom. The vinyl headboards were handmade in Austin, TX and they are very cool!! The artist also made a matching bench cover which is handy for putting on shoes or just taking a quick break. The handmade built-ins include a desk and chair, bench, and a 3-drawer dresser. A second wallpapered closet is tucked in the corner next to a door that leads outside to the outdoor shower.

Heading back into the main room you'll see a very cool den converted bedroom. Can easily be either option! A super fun nostalgic VW queen bed with a firm foam mattress, open shelving and hanging options for your clothing, and a cool neon sign.

End your days in the bamboo garden with cafe string lights, a picnic table, and a pretty wind chime.

The ArtHouse sits behind a magical 2 bed/2 bath cottage and it is a shared property. You or your guests can also rent this cottage (based on availability) which turns your rental into a 5 bed 4 bath detached space. Separate entrances, separate parking, and no shared space.

Guest access
The entire warehouse, bamboo garden, and outdoor shower is yours for your stay. The garage is available as an entrance, mud room, and use of additional shelving and a second fridge. The owners have use of the rear of the garage for parking and an owner's closet.

Need more space?

Two separate vacation rentals on this property can be booked together or separately. You'll see and feel so much love from local talent in both places. You won't want to leave either property! Separate parking, separate entrances, and no shared space.
