JK Villas is located in the heart of Grace Bay, in a quiet residential oasis of comfort and beauty. Brand new luxury villa, built in 2023, close to the center and shops, a 2-minute walk from one of the most famous restaurants on the island “Coco Bistro”. Our stunning luxury Villa offers a gated entry with full security and motion system 24/7 surveillance monitoring. The villa has high-end brand new appliances, a beautiful pool with a barbecue area, and lounge chairs to relax.

The space
The Villa has 3 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 2.5 baths over 2 floors. Walking distance from restaurants, beach access, shopping plazas, casinos and more. The villa is modern and spacious with excellent Wi-Fi, all-new appliances, and AC.
Enjoy the relaxing pool by the pavilion-covered barbecue area with a sink.
Intimate dining inside if preferred at the dining table or island bar.
Relax by the loungers and outdoor sofas with a firepit and enjoy some sun in the pool while sipping on a beverage. Sonos wireless sound system to take throughout the house for your enjoyment.
Bicycles are also available on the property, as well as beach chairs, beach umbrellas, towels, buggy boards, and snorkel equipment for adults and children.
Our large kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, air fryer, blender, microwave, oven, stove dishwasher, and everything you need to feel right at home.
In the master bedroom enjoy the walk-in shower equipped with high-end shampoo, conditioner, body and hand wash. Body lotion is also provided along with hotel amenities kits such as makeup remover, tuxedo dental kit, tuxedo shaving kit, tuxedo vanity with cotton swabs, and shower caps. Fresh towels are also provided and hairdryer.
