Nestled in the woods on the South Side of Lake Ouachita, this 2 bed/2 bath home on 6 acres offers both convenience & privacy.

Outdoor features: deck w/patio furniture, picnic table, gas grill, crystal washing station, and fire pit. Indoor features: 55" smart TV, electric fireplace, open-concept living room, dining area, full kitchen, & dedicated workspace.

Minutes to Lake Ouachita, Quartz Mines, Trails & more! 1.5 miles to Twin Creeks. 8 miles to Mount Ida. 30 miles to Hot Springs, Arkansas.

The space
The home has two bedroom suites each with it's own bathroom. Open concept living room, dining area, full size kitchen appliances with everything you need to prepare and enjoy a meal and a large farmhouse sink for cleaning up! Library nook with books and games and a sleeper sofa. Sunroom with a dedicated workspace and an adjustable sit/stand desk. Large screened breezeway with seating. Back deck with patio furniture, picnic table, and gas grill. Walking path to fire pit in the back yard. Situated on on six wooded acres.

Guest access
Guests have access to and use of the entire house including the breezeway, back deck, firepit, and crystal washing station. We have a secured storage cabinet reserved for our cleaning staff located in the utility room. Guests do not have access the garage.

The Hidden Gem is tucked away on 6 wooded acres just off Hwy 270 on the South side of Lake Ouachita - just 1.5 miles from the water's edge! Lake Ouachita is a large 40,000 acre lake with a natural/undeveloped shoreline and is often cited as one of the cleanest lakes in the country. Several marinas are located nearby where visitors can rent a boat or personal watercraft, or hire a fishing guide. The lake is well known for bass and crappie fishing.

The small town of Mount Ida is 8 miles to the West. Mount Ida offers several restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store, gas stations, and a variety of small businesses. The town also has a history museum, an artist gallery and studio, a local performing arts group. The area is well known for quartz crystal mines and rock shops as well as several internationally recognized mountain biking and hiking trails.

The city of Hot Springs, and Hot Springs National Park, are 30 miles to the East. Hot Springs is well known for the mineral waters and bathhouse row. Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort and much more!
