This stunning property has completed a full renovation to offer you the ultimate in luxury living. Our estate property features 4 newly renovated large bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. The indoor pool with floor-to-ceiling windows will be the perfect spot for family fun and relaxation, and the basketball pad and outdoor space backing onto a wheat field will provide plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities. Even when it's cold and raining, the indoor pool is a perfect escape!

The space
We have a total of 4 bedrooms on the upper level. 2 bedrooms offer a king bed and one rolling bed each. 2 bedrooms offer 2 queen beds each. All bedrooms have a playpen available for toddlers' and infants' sleeping convenience. Each bedroom has an ensuite three-piece bathroom with a glass shower and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

We also have a main level multifunctional room that offers additional sleeping space with two futons and two rolling beds.

The main level has two shower rooms and 2 powder rooms for easy access to the indoor pool. The 3rd powder room is located closer to the great room. The great room opens to the eat-in kitchen, which offers a walk-out patio and a dining table that seats 10 individuals.

The gem of the house is truly the saltwater indoor pool, heated all year, with white lounge chairs for you to relax and enjoy! Our indoor pool will have access to pool toys, including an in-pool basketball net so everyone can have a little fun splashing in the water.

Guest access
The 2nd level and main level including the indoor pool will be accessible to all guests 24 hours a day, once an activity waiver has been completed. The basement and garage are not available to guests.

Other things to note
All guests will be required to complete an activity waiver prior to pool access. The host will ask for the names and email addresses of all guests and an activity waiver will need to be completed prior to your stay. Failure to complete the waiver by all guests will result in the delay of pool access.
