The farmstead on Willie Hill spans 30 scenic acres in Sullivan County’s rural countryside. Designed for family enjoyment, it offers a serene escape with open fields, a picturesque pond, and plenty of space to roam. Whether exploring nature, relaxing by the water, or embracing country living, this charming property provides a peaceful retreat in the heart of the Upper Delaware River Valley.

The space
The farmstead at Willie Hill is a farmstay nestled at the base of the old Bossley Farm. This picturesque haven surrounded by rolling meadows, stunning sunsets, and cool wooded spots. It’s a place where nature comes alive, offering endless opportunities for adventure—whether it’s catching tadpoles in the stream, picking wildflowers in the fields, or simply enjoying a peaceful moment under the trees. This special place is designed with family in mind, offering a perfect backdrop for making memories, roasting marshmallows, and reconnecting with the natural world.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to walk through the fields and roam along the walking paths. Access to our livestock is respectfully welcomed during spring birthing season for calves and deer. Fresh farm eggs will be provided during the spring, summer and fall.

Other things to note
Special provisions can be made for larger groups by giving us a call prior to booking.
We loved our farm pets so leashing your fur baby is required.
Fresh eggs are from our farm and available during regular laying season.
Farm tours are offered to our guests between 9 and 10 am.
