This historic, 100+ year old home features a renovated kitchen and 2 full baths, with thoughtfully curated, eclectic modern farmhouse decor. Great for families or groups of friends, this cozy, well stocked home lets you catch a glimpse of the wine-making and grape growing process next door. Easy lake access is just down the road.

The space
Welcome to our charming 3 bedroom 2 bath farmhouse, located in the heart of Hector, NY. Sitting atop a lovely plot, the home is adjacent to the Damiani Wine Cellars production facility and vineyards.

Step inside and be transported to a bygone era, where historic features meet modern amenities. The farmhouse has been thoughtfully restored to retain its original charm while incorporating modern farmhouse-inspired decor and design elements.

The fully equipped kitchen has been recently renovated, featuring all-new appliances and plenty of counter space to cook up a delicious meal. Serve your meals in the adjacent dining room, complete with a large farmhouse table and plenty of natural light.

After a long day exploring the Finger Lakes wine trail, retreat to one of the three cozy bedrooms, each furnished with plush, organic linens and bedding to ensure a good night's sleep. The farmhouse has two full baths, one on the first floor and one on the second floor.

Relax in the spacious living room, featuring comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV. Or, step outside to the large, well-maintained yard and enjoy the breathtaking views of the vineyards and surrounding countryside. There are AC units in each of the bedrooms to keep things cool in the summer, and heat in the winter to stay toasty.

Located in the heart of Hector, our farmhouse is just a short drive from many wineries and very close to Smith Park which has public beach access to Seneca Lake.

Other things to note
The home is next door to the Damiani Wine Production Facility so you'll see farm and winery activity during the spring, summer and fall. We are in the country so while we treat regularly, pest sightings are a part of country living.
