  • We came with a family of 4, we booked a two storey room through airbrb, but they did not reserve the room type as the one we booked, they gave us a tiny room. However we were not happy with the price we paid to get a tiny room, so after a check up, the receptionist took us to a bigger room, which we were satisfied with. But we found a lot of problems in the room. Firstly, shower lack of hot water, it turned cold after 5mins. Only one person can enjoy a hot shower that night...
    Secondly, bath tub water leaks...
Thirdly, only one device able to connect WiFi
Lastly, their English is very limited, but we appreciated their effort.

  • The loft apartment that we stayed in was new and modern but it was very minimal and a little short on home comforts. The large windows were above eye level and were frosted so you are unable to see anything from the apartment. The apartment was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. We did have some trouble checking in due firstly to an incorrect property number on airbnb. we eventually found the property and although there was some difficulty with communication due to our lack of Italian, we did eventually get sorted. Andrea was away at the time so we were relying on the Smart Home reception team.

    Response from Andrea:

We are truly sorry for the error created by Airbnb on the wrong number.
Sorry for the change apartment, but unfortunately we had a problem in the cottage bilevel that we could not solve for the date of your arrival, and we preferred to assign you an apartment of superior category to the one that you chose you.
I hope that these problems have not affected the likelihood of your return in our structure.
I wish you all the best
    Andrea

  • Great place to crash the night before we jumped on an early morning flight out of Rome Ciampino. Clean, modern rooms... free wifi... and exactly as described. Would advise future travelers to definitely arrive/depart by car since the location is a bit isolated in the suburbs of Rome...

    It was all good)

  • This loft is fantastic! We had a great time there with my boyfriend.
The residence itself is so new with a parking lot on the front. Andrea was very helpful and supportive, an excellent host, with good advice.
The loft is big and quiet we had even invited our friends from Rome having a lunch prepared with the kitchen inside the loft, very fun!
The residence is near about everything that you need in a five minutes walk! We had a car but if you need to reach Rome, you have the station in 300meters that leads you to termini in 25minutes. We had a great day there!

  • As others have stated, this little apartment is great with a unique styling! It is a mere 5 minute walk to the train station that can lead you to the center of Rome in 25 minutes. Andrea was extremely gracious and helpful in answering all of our questions, giving instructions for how to get to Ciampino airport, and recommended some very cheap but amazing restaurants within a 2 minute walk (the residence is near at what you need in 2 minutes walk). The cabin apartment itself is as described, and was designed very smartly. The bathroom is small (the toilet is in the same spot as the shower) but works perfectly and you get used to it quickly. The apartment retains superior functionality with the existing space. Highly recommend for the superb host, location, and charm!

  • Unfortunately I did not enjoy my stay at this apartment. The main reason is because of the personnel/ staff. When I ask a question, and am given an answer, this is the information I believe. I make my plans based on the answer. Andrea told me a few things about rates for my stay, that ended up being something of dispute when I arrived, dealing with the other office personnel. And when I stand up for what I was told, it's as if I am the bad guy. It says now, that you will have to pay for extra towels OR pay for laundry - so either way, if you want clean towels you'll have to pay for this. The internet did not work well for me at all, however I was told by the office that I was the only person with this problem. The place itself is clean but not as functional- i.e., couch in living with no nearby plug for power for phone or computer; no microwave or freezer. It is a 15 minute walk to anywhere, so grabbing a bite quickly isn't really quickly and the same distance to the tain. As someone else pointed out, you'll need to leave Rome no later than 10pm if you want to get back to Pavona. The dogs were so loud, all the time but maybe I was the only person with this problem as well. The most pleasant part of my stay here was the custodial residents. They were very nice and helpful all the time. I booked for one month - please don't do this. It's a mistake, if there is a problem an entire month's payment is completely non-refundable. Book in 2 or 3-week increments. After spending a little time here, I used this place as a closet where I kept all my huge luggage and stored my shopping items. I stayed in other airbnb places as well as family and friends. I decided to enjoy myself elsewhere, since I couldn't have a refund.

And again, I was told one-flat rate for stay, plus electric and when I checked out, I was told I needed to pay cleaning. Airbnb said I should not have to pay cleaning, but here again, I was the bad guy for sticking to my guns and refusing to pay this, after paying so much already. I tried to just clean the place up myself, for what it was worth. T(website hidden)rsonally cannot recommend this place. It's too flaky and too far out.

  • The garden room we had on the first floor was smaller than I anticipated, but everything was clean and new - which is what I wanted. Everyone was nice and helpful, and the utilities were nice. There were some loud dogs that barked throughout the night, other than that, I would recommend this place to anyone staying in this quaint town of Italy.
