Ideally located close to the American Embassy and the Athens Concert Hall. Also close there are convenience stores open 7 days a week, metro stations (10 minutes walking distance) and the Mavili Square.

The space
The studio is a 40 square meters apartment located in the elevated ground floor of a well maintained 1970's building. It has been recently renovated and is light furnished.

In the living room there is a sofa (that easily turns into a double size bed) and a small desk for laptops.

The bedroom is equipped with a double size bed (140 cm x 190 cm) with hypo-allergic mattress (Coco-mat brand). The bed is an antique English canopy bed from early 1900's. It has been fully refurbished, is solid and comfortable part from being very charming.

The TV set with Apple TV (3rd generation) is also located in the bedroom.

Guest access
Bed linen, towels, cutlery, dishes, pans, wifi internet and many electric devices are provided. A washer machine is also available. A boiler provides hot water for the bathroom and kitchen.

Other things to note
Note that the piano has been taken to service and will not be available.

A local tax of €2 (November – March) or €8 (April – October) per night is not included in your booking total. This will be collected when you check in.

The studio is situated close to the Mavili Square, a popular meeting point with restaurants and bars. Some blocks up-road from the hustle and bustle of the square is the famous Lycabettus Hill, get there for a relaxing stroll and a unique bird-eye view of the city of Athens.
