My gorgeous large studio is located in Dupont Circle neighborhood, arguably the best neighborhood in DC, with a great mix of housing and retail, good connections to the city’s transportation network, and proximity to downtown. The area is very walkable, and it shows: 38% of Logan Circle residents walk all the way to their jobs... I am sure the rest ride their bikes. There is a park close by and everything is at hand, from a hardware store to CVS, gardening, bike store, bookstores, grocery stores, yoga, restaurants, banks, and much more!
THE STUDIO: The apartment is very well distributed with lots of light and beautiful 10-foot ceilings, about 400 square foot in size. It is on the third floor, is very comfortable (has a full-size bed and a full-size sofa bed for guests). Also it has a spacious closet, antique hardwood floors, and a beautiful bathroom (with a large bathtub), Comcast high-speed Internet and a small TV. You also have lovely views from the apartment onto historic Victorian townhouses in the area. It is very nicely fully furnished as I have put some time and effort to decorate it and make it home. I would like to host people that are caring and appreciate my place. The people at the building are really nice and it is calm. There is great space in the basement for keeping your bicycle safe (as in DC bikes tend to have a short term life span...) I enjoy much doing my laundry at Swift cleaners in 17 and R or at MacDee cleaners at 1408 P Street.
NEIGHBORHOOD: The neighborhood is very safe, convenient, trendy, yet quiet. There are many art galleries, high-end furniture and home goods stores, great restaurants and bars, organic food stores, yoga, and lounges with nice terraces for having a drink after work, etc. Also, the 14th Street corridor is just one block away with some of the best restaurants, music halls, clubs, and other cool hangout places of the city. Also, on P Street, there is a Whole Foods market, a hardware store, a Wells Fargo bank, any many other stores and restaurants.
TRANSPORTATION: For metro access, the place is 5 blocks to McPherson Square (blue/orange), 6 blocks to Dupont Circle or 7 to Farragut North (red), and 6 blocks to Shaw/Howard or 7 to U Street (green). You also have the circulator (bus) that takes you straight downtown, but also connecting Logan Circle and Adams Morgan by way of U Street. In addition, the 52/53/54 buses run pretty frequently along 14th Street, connecting the neighborhood to Columbia Heights, Downtown, and L’Enfant Plaza. Also, a large number of ZipCar stations are close by and a Capital bikeshare station is at 14th Street and Rhode Island Avenue.
Thanks and enjoy!

Very nice apartment with a great location.
Alexandra was unable to be there when I arrived but had arranged for her sister to welcome me instead.
The apartment was just as described. Very spacious with large windows and lots of light. Within walking distance to whatever you might need.
I would definitely stay there again.
The apartment is in a great location; it is small but clean and comfortable. We had an issue with the bed which Alexandra's sister fixed promptly. The Wi-Fi stopped but restarted promptly after I turned the power off and back on. We would definitely return.
Alexandra was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The apartment was as promised: clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Really close to good restaurants and grocery stores.
Hope to visit DC again soon and hopefully this place will be available when I do.
This is a great little studio apartment in a fabulous location in DC. Came for work, wanted to not be in a hotel, wanted a fun location. Could not have picked better. Alexandra was a great hostess, available when we had a question. The studio is equipped with all amenities one would have in a hotel -- iron, hair dryer, even soap, shampoo and conditioner. I hope to stay here next time I visit DC.
Alexandra's apartment is exactly as it looks in the pictures, furniture is very nice and the place is very spacious and sunny. The location is unbeatable, walking distance to bars, restaurants and Dupont Circle metro. Alexandra was on time to deliver the keys, and always available when we needed her. We stayed for 1 month at her place and we would happily stay again!
Alexandra's was exactly as described — very clean and cozy with character. We loved the area, especially 14th street. Alexandra was also very easy to communicate with before and during our trip— which always makes things run smoothly.
We had a lovely time escaping the winter nights in this warmth of the studio, and cooking brunches in the nice sun-lit space. The space is humble, but has everything you need for a short stay as a couple. Thanks Alexandra!
I stayed in the apartment for almost 4 months and had a great time. The studio has everything you need and even the kitchen, though quite small, has the necessary tools for cooking a variety of meals. Being on the 3rd floor, the studio is very sunny, with lots of natural light. The flat is in one of the best neighbourhoods in DC, close to the 14th street and Dupont Circle and a walking distance to downtown. The host is very nice and helpful. I will definitively stay again here when back in DC.
