Please leave all used towels and washcloths in the laundry room. If you would like to start a wash full of towels, that would be great but not necessary. We will do the laundry. Leave the sheets and bedding in their respective rooms. It is easier for us to organize when we come to clean.
Pets are decided on an individual basis.
No smoking inside Parqhouse. Please properly dispose of all butts and do not throw them into the gardens. Thanks for your help!
The home is beautiful, very welcoming. Anthony did an excellent job showing us around the home and explaining everything. My family was very comfortable in Parqhouse. We were there to celebrate a birthday, a graduation and Mother's Day. Anthony made some great restaurant suggestions. The neighborhood is delightful and close to both Routes 25 and 40. We had an amazing weekend, and our accommodations certainly added to our enjoyment. I would strongly recommend Parqhouse for any family visiting the Albuquerque area.
Anthony was great, very helpful. The house was exactly as I pictured and very clean and stocked with all the essentials. I enjoyed my stay very much. When I asked him if he had a stroller and highchair and he didn't have it he went out and found one so he would have them when we got there. Great place great host.
Our group could not give a better review! This is our second time staying at Parqhouse and it was even better the second time around. The house was spacious, clean and more than comfortable. Anthony and his wife were fantastic! Do not hesitate to book this home while in town.
Nine of us, four couples and Grandma, stayed at Parqhouse for a week in the spring of 2015. We were very happy with the accommodations. There was plenty of room. Everyone had their own room and their own bath. Not having to share a bathroom was a big hit with everyone in the party. The beds were comfortable. The house was surprisingly large. There was room to accommodate both big groups and smaller conversations. We ate our meals together and found the kitchen to be very well equipped. When I mentioned the kitchen could use a rubber spatula the host showed up with a spatula, a pancake turner and a vegetable steamer. They hosts were friendly an accommodating whenever we contacted them.
I can’t count the number of times every one of us commented on how comfortable we were and how much we preferred Parqhouse to a residence suite.
I recommend Parqhouse. We would definitely return.
Great home. Perfect for our family. Anthony and Lydia were very generous.
We were delighted at every turn -- our interactions with Anthony and Sylvia, and the gorgeous and comfortable ParqHouse. Each could not have been more accommodating. Our disparate and wearied group (participating in the Fiery Foods Festival 2015 for 3 days; coming in after long drives from Denver and Houston) felt soothed and comforted in this beautiful art-filled home. Lots of space to spread out, and terrific intimate spaces in which to gather.
I host a girls' weekend every year and this year, we held it at Parqhouse. Everyone agrees, this was the best year yet and a HUGE part of that was the home. The space is perfect for a gathering, with plenty of seating areas to break up in small groups, but also great space to all gather together without being crowded. Anthony and Lydia have created a warm and welcoming home that is comfortable and homey. Every detail was thought of, anything you could want or need is already there for you. We switch locations every year, but I am already seriously considering trying to book Parqhouse for our gathering next year, as well. The combination of perfect hosts and a space that met all of our needs helped make this the most fun, least stressful weekend most of us have had in a long time. I've been securing vacation rentals for this annual weekend for a few years now, and I really can't imagine another house equaling up. Anthony and Lydia went above and beyond in both creating such a great home and making us feel more than welcome.
