Casa Zingaro is a lovely, cozy home. We did not have any problems during our stay. Jeanne was very welcoming and was there to offer any suggestions for things to do in Santa Fe. Highly recommend!
Jeanne was lovely, like her home. We were welcomed. She communicated well by email before the trip. She has a large house that is cozy and stylish. She was warm but also allowed us our own space. We had a good time. Thanks!
Casa Zingaro was the perfect location for my weeklong class at Santa Fe Photographic Studio and Jeanne was so very welcoming of my stay. Casa Zingaro is in a very nice neighborhood that was a wonderful place for a run or long walk before going to class and Jeanne was the consummate host giving us the run of her home. I just wish we could have enjoyed more time in her home or taken more advantage of the available and very nice kitchen facilities. I was amazed at how quiet her home was at night. We had a rental car and appreciated the available off-street parking. She also gave great recommendations for local eateries we never would have found on our own. I'll hope to stay with her again if I return for another class.
Jeanne made us feel so welcome and comfortable at her home. Her space was pleasant, clean, and all prepared so thoughtfully for guests. It felt like a bed and breakfast in a way! Lovely neighborhood, close by to all the activities downtown, and also to the interstate. Easy to find, quiet, and spacious. Also, Jeanne was so helpful if we had questions about anything or needed driving directions. I give 5 stars!
(From my parents, who were the guests)
Just came back from Jeanne's place in Santa Fe. Our home is in Brooklyn but the homeiness of our Santa Fe still lingers. What a wonderful experience: place was large ,expansive and so inviting!!!
Backyard patio, large living room with step down dining room, great kitchen
with a sunken den off of it and two bedrooms. Light galore and such an airy feel.
All this plus the welcoming presence of a marvelous host, Jeanne. Very unintrusive but always available to offer help. We enjoyed our conversations with the madame. My wife and I are of similar vintage so we shared memories of past.
Last was her combination stereo(radio, tape, and record player) with a selection for vinyl records. What a way to drift off over a glass of wine.
Thank you so much, Jeanne
I hope this reaches airbnb

Jeanne was a very generous and caring hostess, who nonetheless gave us the space to ourselves. The location just a few miles away from the center of Santa Fe is perfect -- easy access to town, but not all the traffic and bustle. The beds were cozy and the space was uncluttered. A nice place to stay while visiting Santa Fe for an overnight on a road trip.
Great house, great location, and great host! Jeanne was very welcoming and helpful with suggestions about Santa Fe. Would love to stay there again when we are in Santa Fe!
Hi, I'm originally from the East Coast and have been living in Santa Fe for 26 years. I'm currently working as a personal assistant for an individual who owns several art galleries and luxury stores in town. I have two sons, one is a singer-songwriter in Los Angeles with the group, "Song Preservation Society". My oldest son teaches both skydiving and wing-suit piloting around the world and is currently in Dubai.
We've had so many good times here and now, with the boys off on their own, I'm looking forward to creating new experiences here at the Casa Zingaro.
I consider myself mellowed-out after having lived a full life. My favorite films are usually Independents and I'm fortunate enough to have the Center for the Comtemporary Arts just up the street.
I enjoy going out to hear music. Our local venues brings in some of the best songwriters and musicians in the Southwest. On any given evening you can hear blues/rock n' roll/jazz/folk or alternative.
