Fantastic city center apartment, located on the Riverside, Grand Canal Dock. Location second to none. 10 minute walk to the heart of the city (or 3 minutes on the bus!). The O2 Arena is just across the river with Grand Canal Theater a two minute walk from your own front door. The area is served by a selection of top class restaurants, bars and a supermarket.
The apartment itself provides all modern comforts. Designer furnishings, 50 meg broadband, Cable TV, underfloor heating and all expected mod cons. Accommodation comprises Double bedroom, bathroom, and living/dining room. Apartment is cleaned and fresh linen and towels will be provided prior to each visit.
For the corporate visitor, we are literally a few minutes walk from (website hidden) HQ, (website hidden) and (website hidden), so perfect for corporate travelers also.
Although we don't allow smoking there is a large private patio at the rear of the apartment where guests can smoke if they wish.
Excellent Apt in the heart of the Dublin Docklands. Well equipped and convenient to reach the city and the Dublin South Convetion & "Silicone Docks". Great Host that responded to our needs very quicky. We will come again!
We liked very much staying in Cian's flat. It was very quite, very confortable and clean. Not very far from the center. We recommand it.
I stayed in Cian's beautiful apartment for a few days in January. The apartment is very well located, the area around is quiet and silent, but not far from the city centre. There are good supermarkets very close to it. It is big and comfortable, well furnished, very clean, warm.
Cian is very kind and has given to me all of kinds of information I needed.
I would suggest this apartment without any doubts.
Cian's place is spacious, clean, and located in the heart of Grand Canal. The street was quiet as was the apartment. Everything worked perfectly, Cian was super helpful and easy to communicate with. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Cian was a fantastic host, even from afar. His apartment was complete with everything we needed for a great stay in Dublin, and he was super helpful, friendly and had fast response times. Would happily stay in his apartment again should we be back in Dublin. Highly recommend staying here.
NICELY FURNISHED APARTMENT IN A QUIET LOCATION. SHORT

Cian's Apt was great and he checked in to make sure everything was good. will definitely have friends stay there again when the come visit. Thanks
We have really appreciated our stay.
Cian's appartement is lovely, roomy, very well equiped and close to everything.
The Docklands area is very pleasant.
We didn't meet Cian but he was helpful and his instructions were clear and detailed.
We highly recommend it
My friend and I were in town for the Rock-n-Roll Half Marathon and stayed in Cian's flat for 6 days. We didn't get to meet Cian, but he left specific/detailed instructions for using the many amenities the apartment has to offer. The flat is located in "The Quay's"- a safe, quiet neighborhood just steps from the Grand Canal, and a short walk from train stations (Pearse, Grand Canal), several bus stops, supermarkets (Centra, Tesco), City Centre, Temple Bar, Grafton Street, Trinity College, and the best breakfast spot in Dublin (Bakers Coffee & Co, just around the corner). We felt more like residents vs. tourists, which was our goal, and really enjoyed our time in this 1BR/1BA apartment.
I would highly recommend booking with Cian! This modern apartment is spacious, centrally located, in a quiet neighborhood, with great amenities including: wi-fi, spacious living room, full kitchen, outdoor eating/living space, comfortable bed, and laundry facilities.
Tips for travelers:
1. Bring earbuds. The apartment is on the first floor which means the screams from children playing in the morning/afternoon, or drunken shouts from pub crawlers heading home in the wee hours could wake you from your sleep.
2. Cian sent detailed instructions in advance of our stay, but were still a bit confused on which apartment was ours. The area is called Hanover Quay, but the apartment is called Hanover Riverside; this caused a bit of confusion as we kept circling trying to find the door labeled Hanover Quay without fully understanding the naming conventions.
We didn't get to personally meet Cian, but he was very helpful, kind and prompt in answering our needs by text messages or e-mails. We actually only had a slight problem with the hot water system on our arrival, but Cian solved it very quickly.
We really appreciated to be able to have breakfast in the little patio at the rear of the flat, as the weather was quite hot during our stay, and the flat was quite comfortable for our 5 days stay. We also took advantage of the effective wi-fi, which is pretty handy when you're visiting a city as a tourist.
The area is quiet, though not too far from the city center, and that is just what we were looking for. You can also find restaurants and a supermarket, which is pretty convenient as well.
