Dita was wonderful. She was extremely helpful in our planning process. She arranged taxis for us and suggested places to go. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Great stay!
Dita's apartment was great. It enjoys a very convenient location, a fabulous view of the Adriatic and is close to the old town. We were welcomed with a tray of fruit, cookies and some very welcome iced tea ( thank you Dita's friend!!!) While it's on a busy street it quiets down at night and we slept uninterrupted. The apartment is very well equipped and the wifi was "spot on". Because of conflicting schedules, we didn't meet Dita until the last night of our four day visit when she stopped by to make sure that all was well. Dita is a gracious host and we recommend staying at her apartment. The only challenge we had was finding the apartment because the street has recently been renamed, it's very short, and it's the continuation of one street which quickly morphs into another street. If you're arriving by boat or bus (where the cruise ships dock , not the old port. Near the city gates) I'd advise getting on a local bus ( number 1 A or1B) watch for a view of the Adriatic and a fence with locks on it and push the red stop button to be let off. Because the road narrows after the fence with locks and it's very busy as you approach the Pile gate you might have to wait until the bus turns around by the city walls and be on the look out for the Adratic and the fence with locks. Be strong!!! You will be well rewarded.
I highly recommend you book a holiday at Dita's apartment. It is centrally located and has great views. Dita was very helpful and provided all we needed as first time visitors to Dubrovnik. She even supplied fresh fruit for us which was a very kind touch. I'm certain you'll enjoy your stay as much as my parents and I did.
A lovely apartment in a great and convenient location. Dita was very helpful and welcoming; even arranging a taxi from the airport, as well as some fresh fruit and iced tea at the house for us when we arrived. The apartment was clean and well equipped with air-con, wifi, extra bedding, towels and kitchen implements. We really couldn't have asked for anything more, it made for a perfect holiday retreat and would highly recommend!
My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was in a great location - an easy 10 minute walk to Old Town, close to a market, and a 5 minute walk to the water. The apartment itself was spacious, very clean, and just as advertised. Dita was a great host - she arranged for our taxi from the airport, left us a bowl of fruit, and even dropped off chocolates! Highly recommended.
We stayed with Dita for just a short time - arriving late on one evening, staying the next day and night, and the leaving early the next morning.
Dita was very kind and helpful. She provided us with a taxi from the airport which was waiting when we arrived. After being dropped off that evening, Dita was waiting to give us a tour of the location.
The location is very nice. It's a short walk down a hill into Old Town. The apartment is not nearby anything of significance, other than the main road that is a bit loud at night. However, you can close the windows and the shutters, turn on the air and it's not a big deal.
The place was spacious, clean, and very nice to stay in. It also has a great view of the sea.
Nice appartment with nice little extras like fresh fruits and Juice for us. Very pleasant dubrovnik experience!
