  • The 5 days we spent to Yu Sun house were delightful. Yu Sun was very thoughful and friendly and we appreciate a lot the christmas brunch with her friends. We felt like at home, and her advices were very precious about what visiting and where go eating...
House is very nice, its location is quiet, convenient and it's very easy to go to downtown

  • Wij hadden 2 kamers, van elkaar gescheiden door een schuifdeur, in deze rustige straat. Het was een prettig verblijf en raden deze B&B zeker aan.

  • We – mother and farther and our grown up son - stayed at YuSuns place for two weeks and we had a wonderful time.
The two seperate rooms was perfect. Lot of space and everything were so clean and nice. When you stay at the same place for such a long time, it is important that you feel at home – and we certainly did - all because of YuSun.
She is genuine interested in hearing about who you are, and why you are there – very friendly curious. It feels very good.
Furthermore, YuSun prepared us a delicious breakfast – and gave us lots of useful information about SF and the surroundings.
Every day we took the bus downtown; it takes about ½ an hour, and whether you take line 1 from California or 38 from Geary you end up places you like to be, so it is very easy. It is actually nice to leave the busy town and go "home" at night to a quieter place.
We found everything we needed in the very neighborhood - restaurants and markets.
Before we arrived we mailed with YuSun, and our correspondence made us sure that everything would be absolutely fine – and so it was.
If we ever go to SF again, what we probably will do - as our daughter lives in SF at the moment, we will absolutely do what we can to stay at "Arts and Crafts Hideaway"

  • YuSun is an AWESOME host. she is super friendly and beyond accommodating. The place is very clean and in a very convenient location for a long, beautiful, but HARD/hilly run in Presidio Park (right near GG bridge) Not only do I want to stay here again, I kind of want to be her pal!! thanks again YuSun!!

  • We stayed in YuSun's house for 5 days, it was awesome! The house is very clean and spacious, with a private bathroom and a beautiful garden.
YuSun is very warm and patient. She prepared for us almost all the items that may be used. She provided us fresh and delicious breakfast every morning. She shared with us a lot of experience and fun things, give us recommendations of tour. We get along with her very well.
Thanks again for everything and we would definitely recommend to anyone, and on our return we will definitely choose to stay with her.

  • Wonderful 4-night stay with YuSun! She is a very friendly and considerate host with a beautiful home, plus she gave us a nice breakfast every morning! My wife and I hope we can stay with her again soon!
    Two small points:
    - We were unable see her house numbers when we arrived after dark to check in. Fortunately she was home and she came to the door when I phoned her from the street. If you're arriving after dark, maybe ask YuSun to leave an outside light on.
    - If you drive, YuSun may kindly let you park on the street in front of her driveway, which is free and convenient. Just be sure your car is not there on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month between 8 am - 10 am, when parking is prohibited for street cleaning. (The opposite side of the street has different days and times, so be sure to read the signs.)
We highly recommend a stay in YuSun's beautiful home!

  • YuSun's place was such a pleasant surprise!

1 - The bedroom is way larger than I expected, with a second smaller room attached. Gave us a lot of room to stretch, and a lot of storage (2 closets)

2 - Beautiful kitchen, with really nice fittings. Loved to cook there.

3 - YuSun was extremely considerate - let us park in front of her garage, giving us notice when she needed to get in or out. Also, she used to leave us breakfast, cereals, freshly cut fruits etc every morning and stocked our shelf on the fridge with fresh yogurt, milk, beer etc. She also allowed us to use her garage to store soem extra suitcases. Most appreciated.

4 - She's a ton of fun to talk to! She has been to Antarctica - not many hosts can claim that :)

In short, would love to come back and spend time with her, and in her place again. Thanks!

  • It was a great first experience with airbnb! YuSun has a beautiful house and is a very welcoming host. She provided breakfast for us every morning, and enquired ahead of time as to preferences, allergies, etc. The private room was very clean and comfy. The Richmond District is close to Golden Gate Park and several museums and sites. We really appreciated the beautiful ambience of her house and recommend staying at her place! Many thanks YuSun!

  • A very pleasant stay in a beautiful house typical of San Francisco.
House very clean and with a nice big bedroom and a private bathroom.
The bed is very comfortable and the breakfast prepared by Yusun each morning is delicious and fresh.
Yusun welcomed us and left his home with confidence.
Sometimes a little difficult to park in the evening but we always find (note the days of street cleaning or it's a ticket on the windshield)
    Would recommend without hesitation.

Hello! I'm YuSun and I've lived in San Francisco for 17 years so I can almost claim myself to be a native. I love traveling and exploring here and abroad...It's been a few months since I returned from traveling from Asia to Europe so I'm itching to get back out there, and proud to have been to all 7 continents! And I love rock climbing (indoor mostly, but enthusiastically go outdoors whenever I get the chance) so if you like that sort of things, we will definitely get along. I'm friendly and easy going kinda gal and love making my home a place of welcome for all my friends and friends I haven't met yet. I hope I can welcome you here.
