The space
The villa is located in the traditional village of Margarites, nestled in the rolling hills, boasting a rich pottery history and renowned for its exquisite handcrafted pottery, also offering a traditional taverna. The villa's location ensures that you are surrounded by peace and tranquility, while still being within easy reach to the village (short walk), the nearby towns and several sightseeing attractions. Sunshine Villa is an all-year destination for those wishing to disconnect and get close to nature.
Interior
This enchanting 1-bedroom villa covers 100m2 and boasts a cozy living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. The quaint cottage-style architecture and rustic wooden accents create a charming and cozy atmosphere, perfect for a romantic couple getaway or a private and comfortable stay for a three-membered family (one guest can be accommodated in the living room sofa). With its combination of stylish decor, modern amenities, and excellent location, Sunshine Villa is a place where you can relax after a long day of sightseeing around the island.
Ground floor
The living room, as the rest of the Villa, is decorated in a boho, yet rustic style and it features a 50’’ smart TV with Netflix, A/C, comfy seating area with a sofa, armchair and coffee table and an open fireplace. A bluetooth speaker and board games are also available for stay-in nights.
The fully equipped, single line kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including built-in appliances and an adjacent indoor dining table for 4. The villa also features a modern and elegant bathroom with shower cabin on the ground floor. Finally, two different doors, offer direct access to the pool terrace.
First floor
A wooden floating staircase leads to the upper floor, where the attic-style bedroom is located, equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed (1,80 x 2,00), complete with luxurious linens and fluffy pillows, promising a restful night's sleep. Additionally, there’s plenty of closet space for your belongings, as well as a safety box, 43’’ smart TV, ceiling fan, A/C, vanity and a washing machine. An en-suite bathroom with double sinks and shower cabin with hydromassage column id also available. Wake up to the sounds of birds chirping and leaves rustling while sipping your morning coffee on the pool terrace overlooking the picturesque scenery.
Exterior
With its idyllic setting, nestled in the heart of nature, Sunshine Villa will make you feel like you've stepped into a fairytale, being the perfect place for you bask in the warm sunshine and soak up the beauty of the natural surroundings. Moreover, this breathtaking villa enjoys stunning natural views, with majestic mountains and a glistening sea in the distance. In the evening, the terrace transforms into a magical haven, illuminated by the soft glow of the twinkling stars above. With the sound of crickets chirping in the background, you can cuddle up with your partner and enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sun dip below the horizon and create some unforgettable memories. The outdoor area covers 500m2 and offers many facilities including:
- A private, 48 sq.m. swimming pool with waterfall and hydromassage function, 1,5 m deep. The pool area is equipped with 2 sun beds, 2 chaise longues, a hammock, side tables, a poolside shower and an umbrella so you can enjoy the pool all day long at comfort.
- An outdoor living room which is second to none. Under an impressive wooden pergola guests will find a gas BBQ with sink, round outdoor dining area for 4, seating areawith 2 sofas and coffee table, as well as a 75’’ TV.
- The terrace is beautifully landscaped and adorned with trees, flowers and well manicured lawn covered areas.
- Parking space for one car inside the Villa premises.
- The whole Villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance offering security and full privacy to our guests.
Sunshine Villa is approved by the Greek Tourism Organization & managed by "etouri vacation rental management.
** Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at €15 per night from April to October and €4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
