Perfect for large groups staying in Fredericksburg for weddings or family gatherings! This 3 house compound will accommodate 26 guests total. Houses are located on Main St and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Each house is unique and has its own fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, and fire pit.

Your whole family or group is able to spread out comfortably over the 3 houses but still remain close together to maximize time together!

Ann's Haus sleeps 10 guests:
-1 King bedroom downstairs with en suite bathroom

Charlotte's Cottage sleeps 8 guests:

lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned
off when no one is present to use the light.
• Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.
• Place all trash in designated containers. The trash containers are located right outside the side door in the kitchen.
