The apartment is charming and is in a super location. It's well equipped & comfortable, though the toilet plumbing can be leaky. Be aware, the elevator is quite small, but isn't as creaky as it may look. A nice experience overall.
Excellent location, well stocked and very comfortable. Very true to the pictures. Great neighborhood with lots of great restaurants. Made for a great holiday! Only cons: the plumbing could use some repairs and was sometimes leaky or smelly. But overall a very good stay!
Many thanks to Sydney for the use of her delightful apartment in Montmatre. Check in and out went very smoothly. The apartment was as described and provided a great base for our family's first stay in Paris. The location was excellent for access to the Metro(2 min walk) and wonderful eateries. Thanks once again, Sydney, and we would gladly recommend to others.
Sydney was a very good host, she responded quickly and also provided assistance with our questions on lockers and travel etc. the apartment was lovely, we especially loved the old fashioned lift! The area is great with lots of bistros and easy to get to tourist spurs via the metro. We will definitely stay again !
About the Host, Sydney
I am an American living in Paris and I rent my flat in the gorgeous, gorgeous green, light and romantic 18eme and I'm happy to have you stay chez moi! I am speedy at responding with availability!
I run a travel business where I help people get out of Paris and taste champagne with small passionate champagne producers. I also lead Paris champagne tasting classes and cooking programs in Champagne.
I love traveling, runs on the beach with my dog in California and time in the mts with lots of friends skiing. During winter in Paris, if I could easily do it, I'd love to be in the mts with friends, skiing, relaxing in hot tubs and having dinners!
