Welcome to your coastal paradise! This stunning home features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, including a lofted main bedroom with a luxurious memory foam king size bed and a cozy guest room with a queen size bed. Both bedrooms offer stunning ocean views, so you can enjoy the breathtaking scenery right from the comfort of your bed.

Take in the panoramic ocean views from the cozy living room, or retreat to the serene meditation sunroom for a moment of peace and tranquility. The home features a spacious living area adorned with natural wood accents and a neutral scandi design.

Our kitchen offers all the essentials for cooking up delicious meals, while the outdoor dining area provides the perfect setting for enjoying al fresco dining.

If you have more than 4 guests, please consider booking our guest suite (pictures are on our listing page under "Additional Photos") for an additional fee or our charming guest house (The Mendocino Coast Townhouse) which is a separate Airbnb property located next to the main house and can accommodate 2 guests (please click on our profile to view our other listings).

We are delighted to welcome your furry friends to our pet-friendly home! To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please review the following guidelines:
- Pets must be house-trained and well-behaved.
- You are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and ensuring your pets do not disrupt other guests or neighbors.
- If any furnishings, rugs, or other property are damaged by your pet, you will be responsible for replacement costs.
- Our $100 pet fee per stay applies to the first pet. Additional pets are subject to an additional $50 fee per pet, per stay, with a maximum of three pets allowed. Please inform us of any additional pets prior to booking.
