This bright and spacious apartment, which sleeps 4 people, is located right in the historic center of Porto, 2 minutes from Praça da Batalha. It belongs to a building that was once an old biscuit factory, now completely renovated. The apartment has a spacious living room with lots of light and a sofa bed, two private patios, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a guest bathroom in the living room, and a second bathroom with a shower in the bedroom.
The space
Welcome to the Foyer 25 building located right in the historic center of Porto, where you can discover the whole city on foot!
Foyer 25's building was originally built between 1833 and 1845, according to Porto's old cartography. with all the features of a "typical Porto bourgeois house". It was deeply adapted in the middle of the 20th century, to be used as the biscuit factory “imperial”. From the buildings' many lives, we get to the contemporary, with an architectural intervention that wants to hold up the "truth" of the historical record of its transformations and multiple layers.
Apartment Foyer 25 - Garden & Terraces III by Cozy Stay consists of the following rooms and spaces:
- A spacious and very bright living room with a vibrant design and architecture where the maintenance of materials from the old biscuit factory and the marks of the past were privileged, combined with comfort and functionality for a perfect stay. The living room has a sofa bed that sleeps two people and a television with all channels (cable TV). In the living room, you will also find a bathroom.
- With direct access from the living room you will find two private terraces where you can sunbathe and enjoy a moment of relaxation after visiting our city.
- You will also find a fully equipped kitchen in the apartment (stove, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster), with all cooking utensils, if you wish.
- A room overlooking the street, with double glazing that allows for acoustic and thermal insulation, with a piece of furniture to put your clothes, and a bathroom with an attached shower. The bathroom has towels for your stay, a hairdryer, shower gel, and shampoo.
The apartment is ideal for four people and can be accessed both by stairs and by elevator (third floor).
Right in front of the building you will find a self-service laundry.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the common entrance hall, which has armchairs and a beautiful antique settee where they can enjoy a tea or coffee. Additionally, they will have access to the entire apartment mentioned above.
Please note that the sofa bed is intended only for the third person, with an additional cost of €10 per person per night.
Other things to note
Before or during check-in, identification data of all guests will be asked. This procedure is mandatory and the information will be included in the Accommodation Bulletin, delivered to the SEF.
We will provide all our guests with a list of recommendations for restaurants, bars, and must-see places in the city of Porto.
