My partner and I stayed at Ananta's for 4 nights. Ananta is truly a wonderful host, she is kind ( brought us all sorts of treats every day and even made me a beautiful birthday gift! ), she is full of great tips on what to see and where to go, she arranged taxis for us an was very friendly and easy to talk to. The house is in a very quiet part of Nusa Dua so you will need your own transport or you will be entirely dependant on taxis, it is very modern and quite minimalistic, clean and it was great to have access to a washing machine!
Thank you Ananta for your wonderful hospitality! Do let us know if you are even on our side of the globe!

We stayed for 6 days for a conference in nearby Nusa Dua and had our own scooter for getting around. In that context, it was perfect - I can't add much more than what others have said about the house and Ananta and it was great to have a washing machine, iron, your own space, the ability to breakfast at home without venturing out or being stuck in a hotel, plus Ananta's herbs to make teas with! The only minor blip was the wifi didn't work effectively during our stay, but that could have been rectified by now. Tip - if you're not using Ananta's driver, ensure you download the directions as they didn't show up on the mobile app and (website hidden) maps doesn't cover all the new streets in Bali. Thanks Ananta for a great stay.
We stayed at Ananta's house for 6 nights and it was truly a great experience. We were initially drawn by the pretty pictures of the house at airbnb website and everything matched our expectation. The house was cool, creative, very cozy and a source of comfort during our holiday. We enjoyed every detail of the house - the lush garden, decoration, ceramics, even the pretty glass doors! - everything was in function, the neighbourhood safe, and the fully equipped kitchen was particularly helpful for us who travelled w/ a 5-yr old. Situated conveniently in Nusa Dua, it's only minutes away from the beach. Shops, markets, were also easy to find. I could go on and on about the house; all in all it made up an inseparable part of our whole experience in Bali and to anyone who wishes to book the house, I'd say go for it 'cos it's a gem.
We're grateful to Ananta for allowing us to stay and can't thank her enough for her hospitality and patience, for every personal touch that made our stay memorable. The breakfast menus were superb; being Indonesian, it's hard to get over the taste of her selection of nasi kuning and nasi campur tuna combined with her own mix of scrambled/omelette. We regret not having the time to visit her pottery studio - certainly a reason to come back, hopefully soon!
Ananta takes great pride in her house and the surroundings, I guess in life generally. It was heartwarming how she cared for us during our time there and how attentive and understanding she was to our needs.
The house itself is in a good condition, the breakfast was always fresh and delicious. The house is part of a compound of houses, and this should he clear to the visitor who is not familiar with Indonesian housing.
We were familiar with the area and found the location ideal for a stay in Nusa Dua.
Thanks Ananta for your hospitality and kindness!
Anantas apartment was the most stylish one we stayed in during our Asian trip. We felt right away that it belonged to an aesthetacally conscious person, and we really loved it. Quiet, and far from the busiest tourist areas, it was bright, spacious, and had a nice patio. We had everything we needed for our stay, and we appreciated the use of ther her washing machine, especially when travelling with a kid. Ananta was kind enough to meet us apon our late arrival, and prior to our stay, she asked us about breakfast preferences, and other things she could help us with. In all, we were very pleased and would stay there again when we go back to Bali.
It was a great trip . This merit Ananta . She made our stays in Bali comfortable and do not forget . Her house is just an amazing place for tourists. Beautiful design and fine details of this house a pleasant surprise . It is clean and it has a lot of light. Dishes in this house made hands mistress. Ananta creative and interesting person . She is very attentive and responsive . Fresh fruit and bread in the morning is the norm in this house. I have never had problems with a rental car , a choice of restaurants and trips to interesting places. Helped me throughout Ananta . She even played the role of babysit, when we wanted to see the nightlife of Bali. Any questions regarding the travel must not be left unanswered. And all I strongly recommend staying at this house in the first place by the fact that you will meet him this mistress as Ananta . We will miss her . The next time we stopped again at her house !
My time at urban eclectic was nothing short of a dream! From the quirky architecture to the amazing host, Ananta. If you're seeking a true local experience in a friendly little neighbourhood, urban is the place for you!
With the help of Ananta, I quickly became accustom to the beauty of life in Nusa Dua. She is attentive with a big heart to match. Oh and her cooking, that alone is enough to succumb to the offerings of urban eclectic!! Highly recommend :)
We stayed in Nusa Dua for ten days and this urban eclectic house was a big part of our enjoyment during our stay. This house was an amazing find whose host, Ananta, delivered everything and much more than we ever expected. What drew us to this location were the photos posted and the great attention to detail. Everything represented on Air BnB held true the moment we arrived. We instantly fell in love with the house. It was clean, simple, creative, and special added touches to make us feel welcome were quickly apparent.
Located in a safe, quiet neighborhood, we enjoyed the privacy, the open front room, and the peaceful song of the wooden wind chimes in the background. Ananta came every morning with delicious food of our choosing and introduced to us the many flavors of Indonesian cuisine, fresh fruit, and spoiled us with local treats and snacks. Yum! She was very helpful in providing information on anything we asked about; grilled seafood restaurants, best coffee places, quiet beaches, busy beaches, wet markets, grocery stores, etc. Every day we were ready to explore on our motorbike, but if we didn't want to go too far, the closest beach was only a 10-minute motorbike ride from the house. It is a great beach too!
We highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the Nusa Dua area. You will surely enjoy it.
