A beautiful dry climate, 300 days of sunshine per year, stunning mountain vistas, friendly people and a charming downtown. Estes Park is a small town with a lot to love. Music festivals, Christmas parades, art shows and rodeos fill out an active social calendar, and quiet green spaces for picnicking abound. Plus, the town sits at the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, giving you access to one of the finest parks in the United States. The inspiring peaks and dizzying valleys will lift your spirits and stir your imagination. It's no wonder Estes Park is a favorite year-round destination.
Cabin living at Estes Park doesn't mean rustic—you can choose from studio units with small kitchenettes to three-bedroom cabins with full kitchens and gas fireplaces. Plus, your resort is situated on the Big Thompson River, and wildlife surrounds you. Take a walk to the river's edge to fish for trout, or pack a lunch and spread out on the spacious lawns. And don't be surprised if you see and elk or two from your window or porch.

We arrived and had to wait clost to an hour for our room. But once we got settled in we were very comfortable. The room had everything we needed - dishes, pots and pans, utensils etc...even spices. It was warm and cozy and we liked the location. The desk personnel were nice and accommodating.
Enjoyed staying at the condo this past week! Very clean, staff was friendly, and very quiet in the evenings. Would definitely stay here again next time!
The studio we booked with Katy was great. It had everything we needed for our stay in Estes Park. The location and amenities of the development were perfect for quick access into town or to the Rocky Mountain National Park. We also enjoyed the hot tubs in the evening. I would recommend booking with Katy and staying at the Worldmark development in Estes Park to my friends and family.
The studio was nice, cozy and clean like a good hotel room. The property was so great for relaxing outside on the river with well maintained BBQ grills. The property is really new. Everything perfect. More than perfect. Thank you Katy.
I loved the condo in Estes Park! It was our first time visiting this part of Colorado. We arrived on the 11th of September and used our umbrellas in the hot tub because it was raining. Unfortunately the flooding caused us to leave the following morning--so we drove to Grand Lake--which was beautiful! Katy was very pleasant during the reservation phase and when I called her to see about receiving a refund, she was able to refund most of our 2nd night's stay, since we escaped the flooding. I would definitely recommend the resort. If you'd like to read more about our Colorado adventure--go to (website hidden).
Our stay at Katy's place was good. Price was the primary reason for selecting it and we got our money's worth for it. It was close to the "downtown" area and very close to RMNP. The staff there was helpful but we didn't really need to use them - its a Wyndham resort FYI. The spa was PHENOMENAL.
I have two complaints but again we were satisfied with the stay which is why we never reached out to Katy or the staff about it - so they are minor. First, the room had a slight odor that could probably be described as a "woodsy" smell, almost like being in an old log cabin with a hint of musty. Not bad at all though and it seemed like a smell that has been there for a while - febreeze it and done, but again, that one is no big deal. I thought the whole resort would probably smell the same way which is why I never mentioned it.
My other complaint is the pictures you see in the ad versus what the room actually looks like. We saw the "disclaimer" in Katy's description that not all rooms look like the pictures she posts, but I must say its nothing close to what we received for our stay. It is probably a picture of the larger multi bed units, and seeing the rest of the resort I'm sure those are nice. I just think it would be a lot nicer to provide pictures of the actual unit you are getting for what you pay. That is something easy to fix - we took some pictures but there is nowhere to upload them on these comments.
Having said all that, we probably still would have chosen this room based on price and location. Thanks Katy!
The posted photos are supplied by the timeshare company; they're the only ones I have. I'm thankful that Stephen took photos and I would love to post them on the listing. I've contacted him and asked that he send me the photos. Once I post his photos, I'll remove the disclaimer for that listing. Thanks again, Stephen! :)

I rent out my WorldMark timeshare -- 120+ resort locations all over the US, Mexico, Canada, Australia, Fiji, New Zealand, and England.
My specialty is last-minute short-stay accommodations -- Except for holidays and summer weekends -- those book far in advance. You can book as far as 13 months out!
I have units that can accommodate as many as eight people. Have more than eight? You can rent more that one unit!
Almost all units have a complete kitchen. In addition to full-size appliances, you'll find plates, glasses, silverware, and other kitchen items.
