Located in Sequim and steeped in the history of Old Dungeness, our Bed and Breakfast vacation rental is located in the rainshadow of the Olympic Mountains and combines rustic elegance, convenience to all the attractions,
and Sequim’s natural beauty.

The space

When staying at Williams Manor you get the whole house. An original homestead of Dungeness built in the 1870’s, it has been remodeled to reflect the craftsmanship and feel of the period. The 1400 sq ft home includes 2 bedrooms, 3 baths, living room, spacious dining room, full kitchen and laundry. The master bedroom features a king bed, open claw foot tub, and full bath. The other 2 baths contain shower stalls. Bedroom 2 showcases a full size 1890’s sleigh bed. A queen air mattress and roll-away twin bed can be provided to accommodate children. The dining room can comfortably seat 10 if you want to have friends in for an elegant dinner.

The kitchen is equipped with all your basic needs and appliances as well as a wood burning cook stove. The living room contains a television with cable and blu-ray player and wifi is available throughout the house. Outside there are 2 large decks, tables and chairs, gas grill, and 3.5 acres of orchard and garden. Some of the fruit trees are as old as the property and still produce and abundance of fruit.

If you describe yourself as a “birder” the property falls in a major migratory path and is close to fresh and salt water sources, attracting an amazing abundance of species. Bald eagles can be found year round and deer often browse the orchard.

A quaint, quiet getaway with modern amenities nestled in an oasis of fruit trees and fresh air, the Manor has a cabin feel just minutes from the beach, surrounded by forest. A full kitchen, comfy beds and wifi made us feel right at home. We will definitely be back!!

Mark's place is an absolute gem, stay here if you can! The fruit tree were bursting with fruit, there was a luxurious bubble bath in the claw-foot tub, plenty of room for the 5 of us, and charming rustic-ness. Plus, amazing quiche, fresh melon, croissants, juice, coffee, cream and bottled water left for us in the fridge. We had the most wonderful stay!

If you are looking for a quaint, charming step back in time place to visit, you'll enjoy the Manor House. Beautiful home and gardens and all the fruit you can eat from old growth trees. Just gorgeous!

We almost stayed in a hotel, but we are so glad we found Mark's house instead. Mark lives next door and is a very accommodating host, and the house has a lot of character. We enjoyed all of the fruit trees in the backyard. The house served as a good location for exploring Olympic National Park.

Mark has an amazing property and the care he takes is evident in the details. The charming borders, the fruit trees, help yourselves to ripe plums, and the wonderful historic house made for a great stay in Sequim. Mark was helpful and knowledgeable about the manor and the many birds in the fruit trees.

We loved this house. It had lots of character. The grounds around the house are beautiful. Mark is great to deal with and provided everything we needed, along with a bonus breakfast the first morning. We appreciated having the washer and dryer to get some clothes clean also. The only slight downside is that it was a little bit farther away from several of the Olympic attractions than some of the other places we looked at, but we still loved it.
