Great space in a great place. Amy and Jeph made sure everything went well. Pretty neighborhood up hill from Grand Ave.
Amy and Jeph were gracious hosts and have an impeccable and comfortable little apartment for you to stay in. The decor is great, all of the amenities you would expect out of an Airbnb are there (and then some!) It's also supremely well located with plenty of street parking if you have a car during your stay in Oakland.
Can't say enough how much I enjoyed my time there. Thanks again, Amy and Jeph.
Amy and Jeph's apartment is great! Would highly recommend it to anyone looking in the area. Had everything you would need, with a has a great vibe. Lots of sunlight, even though it's a basement suite. Really enjoyed the record player/record collection and Amy is super great to deal with.
Amy and Jeph were hospitable, kind and easy to communicate with. Their lovely home is situated in a friendly neighborhood close to a beautiful and walkable part of Oakland with neat shops and good restaurants. The apartment has everything a couple needs while on vacation. We had a perfect trip and will definitely plan to stay here the next time we're in town.
Great space, location, and property owners. I would definitely recommend Jeph & Amy's apartment to anyone looking for a very convenient, and safe, place to stay in Oakland.
Amy and Jeph's apartment was perfect for our every need. They have set it up meticulously for guests, and they are responsive and gracious hosts. For those looking for a secure, quiet, attractive and charming location to explore the Bay Area, this apartment would be very hard to beat. With any luck we will be back soon.
Great apartment in Oakland with complete equipement and fully furnished. Parking was no problem. The most important information was bundled in a folder (BART, bars and restaurants ...)
Amy was very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed their restaurant recommendations a lot.
In total: highly recommendable!!!
The apartment was wonderful. Beautiful, comfortable, clean and with amazing garden. A really nice place to stay in the Bay Area. From its earliest days, we felt at home. Amy is an exceptional host, very communicative and accommodating to any needs. She provided everything I needed for a nice stay. I strongly recommend have your stay at Amy and Jeff's apartment.
The apartment is indeed very stylish and a nice place to stay in the Bay Area. Amy and Jeph were great hosts. We felt at home just from the beginning.
The neighborhood is safe and clean and we always found a parking place for our car in the street. A supermarket is just a five minute walk away. From Oakland you can go to San Francisco by car or by boat. The trip with the harbor ferry can end at the Ferry Building or on Pier 41 and is a very nice experience. To the wine region it is also only a one hour drive by car.
If we ever come back to the Bay Area the apartment of Amy and Jeph will be our first choice (and we are sure we will come back again).
We had an excellent time staying at Amy and Jeph's place. The place was just like the photos, clean and immaculate!
Amy is a great attentive host, she gave us heads up on Bay Bridge closure and suggested alternate route before we got there.
Their house manual is equipped with very useful local information as well. We will definitely stay at their place again if we ever go to San Francisco.
This is the final rate, including any fees from the host and Airbnb.
