Located near parks, walking trails, Starbucks, restaurants, grocery store, and just 7 minutes from I-25. Short drive to Estes Park. This is a private basement apartment with a private entrance and its own bathroom and kitchenette.

As you step through your private entrance, accessible via the garage service door, you're greeted by a staircase leading to a warm and inviting atmosphere designed for relaxation and entertainment.

One attractive point of this accommodation is the HUGE bedroom, boasting a luxurious king-sized bed adorned with clean linens for a restful night's sleep. Adjacent to the bed is a couch, perfect for lounging, and a walk-in closet offering ample storage space for your belongings.
