Urban living! 2 kitchens, 2 laundry rooms, perfect for individuals, family gatherings, or intimate events. Nestled within the security of a fenced enclosure, the property provides ample parking, with up to 15 spaces at the rear and complimentary parking in front. Located just minutes away from downtown, the Med Center, and NRG Stadium. For an additional fee, rent our event space at the back of the house, which can accommodate up to 40 individuals.
Only one service dog, clean up after pet!

The space
The oversized bedrooms are upstairs, with two kitchens; each unit has a living room. You and your guest will have lots of space to spread out.

Guest access
The driveway keypad is mounted on the fence; the code is sent 30 minutes, before check-in time (unless you paid for an earlier check-in time. We will also send the door code to the front door. Guest will park in the back and walk to the front to access the house.
It's best to use the sidewalk walkway to the right of the house.

Other things to note
Airbnb system counts the sofas as beds; we have nine beds, and three are foldouts.

Southmore Manor is minutes from downtown, TSU, UofH, Houston Medical Center, the museum district, and shopping. This transitioning (gentrified) area may appear rough but safe and quiet at night. The property is gated with a ring doorbell and exterior cameras for added security.
