This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. This house wrote a good part of my story with my kids. Today, I want her to make new memories of her next seasonal occupants. Located less than 10 minutes by bike from Lake Cazaux, 15 minutes by car from Arcachon, Pyla and the ocean beaches. Beautiful bike rides via the bike path near the house await you. Home is equipped with fiber.

The space
House of 120 m² offering three bedrooms including a master suite with its own bathroom, a bathroom, a large living room shared between a dining area and a sitting area, a kitchen equipped with its laundry room equipped with all the large appliances (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher).

Guest access
All of the rooms described are accessible, only the garage and a 4th bedroom are unavailable. Cars are of course welcome in the garden.
