Leaving the apartment turn right on International Drive for the 15 minute drive to DISNEY and a 5 minute drive to THE PREMIUM OUTLET MALL. Turn left on International Drive and it is a 15 minute drive to UNIVERSAL STUDIOS and a 5 minute drive to SEA WORLD or ORANGE COUNTY CONVENTION CENTRE. It is possible to see the top of the Sea World Tower from the Grounds!
This 2 bed, 2 bath CONDO with open plan living/dining/kitchen, has a private balcony with a garden view and FREE parking for one vehicle.
The MASTER BEDROOM has a KING bed and its own en-suite bathroom.
The SECOND BEDROOM has a KING bed and en-suite access to the second bathroom. This bathroom is shared via a second door which opens onto the foyer of the open plan living/dining/kitchen area.
The KITCHEN comes with a large fridge/freezer, coffee maker, microwave and toaster oven. There are four electric hobs and a dishwasher.
The LIVING AREA sofa converts into a double bed.
WIFI is available in the apartment for a fee. This is payable locally to the condo management office.
There is a pool, hot tub, gym, coin operated laundry, convenience store and resturant all located onsite, while there are plenty of shops, restaurants and entertainment venues within 5 minutes.
Both the I-ride trolley and Lynx public transport bus stop at the drive entrance.
Located on the world famous INTERNATIONAL DRIVE (known locally as I-DRIVE), guests can use the I-RIDE TROLLEY which runs the length of I-DRIVE to reach any destination between the Premium Outlet mall on Oakridge Road (top of I-Drive) and the Premium Outlet mall on Vineland Avenue (2 miles south of the apartment).

Airbnb now comes along offering the opportunity for us to help others enjoy the Florida experience the way we have done for years. We stayed at hotels before we purchased our apartment in 1999, and the one thing you must have access to is a fridge!
Having left the apartment in the hands of Management for so long, we are now looking forward to having personal contact with our guests, and passing on our experiences!
