The apartment is located in a vibrant, cosmopolitan, inner northern suburb of Artarmon, being only 10 minutes by train from Sydney Harbour and the city centre.
A lift from the secure ground floor lobby and the secure basement allocated parking delivers you to the fourth floor, two bedroom, modern apartment. It has expansive views of the surrounding residential neighbourhoods of Artarmon and Chatswood. Enjoy the sunny, open north facing living/dining room, bedrooms and a large balcony with broad vistas where you can feed the native birds.
The living/dining room is fully furnished, including TV, DVD and sound system. The separate fully fitted kitchen has all the usual appliances, crockery, glassware, etc. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, side tables and wardrobes, and the second bedroom has two single beds and bedside table. The bathroom has both a shower and separate bath, vanity and a hair dryer. The separate laundry has a washing machine, dryer and tub. The apartment has all you need to make your stay in Sydney comfortable, enjoyable and memorable.
There is an allocated carspace in the the secure basement with direct access by lift to the apartment floor. There is also a visitors carpark adjoining the main entry.
The apartment is only 2 minutes walk to a selection of cosmopolitan restaurants and food shops, banks, Artarmon rail station, the neighbouring park, and a dedicated 'GOGET' ((website hidden)) rental carparking space. There is a free bus service to Chatswood regional centre.
The train gives quick access to Sydney's great attractions, including the Opera House, Harbour Bridge, beaches, galleries, museums, restaurants and shopping, with the large Chatswood and St Leonards shopping centres being only 1 rail stop away. Sydney's sites, museums and galleries show our Aboriginal heritage and the first European settlement in Australia.
Guests will have access to all facilities within the apartment.

No animals or smoking are permitted within the building or within the surrounds of the building.
The apartment is only available to adults and children over the age of 14 years (i.e. no babies or infants). It accommodates only 4 people and the number of visitors to the apartment at any one time is limited to an additional 2 persons. .
lt is expected that guests will respect my neighbours' desire for a quiet living environment.
The apartment was completely renovated in July 2012 and is my residence when I am in Sydney. It is expected that guests will use and look after the place as though it is their own, leaving it in a reasonably clean and tidy state as it will be at the beginning of their stay.
When the apartment is not occupied, please turn off all lights, cooking plates, oven and heating, and close windows when rain or wind are forecasted.

Geoffrey was a thoughtful host who welcomed us well and provided a really nice place for us to stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable and well-situated next to shops and the railway station. The birds nesting in the tree right beside the balcony were an added attraction! I'd be happy to recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a central place to stay on the lower North Shore. I rented the unit for my sisters to stay in when on a holiday from interstate. They loved it. The unit is in a great position, really close to the train to the city with a great range of local shops just about at the doorstep. It was comfortable, clean, light and airy and had everything you needed. Geoffrey was very welcoming and and generous and has provided a range of material about Sydney to help the visitor. Will be using this unit again for future visitors.
