Interaction with Guests
I respect people's privacy, but enjoy visiting, so guests set the tone for how much or how little they wish to interact.
This neighborhood is approximately 5 minutes from downtown Chico. There are some small orchards, our open land (23 acres), houses on lots from 1-3 acres. Great for walking; bird watching (seasonal); can bike to town if you bring bikes.
There is no public transportation to the house. Chico does have an extensive bus system and taxi services are available.
I can drop people off at the train station if they want to catch a train or bus (any hour of the night or day). I can also provide rides to and from the local airport or to help folks pick up rental cars.
There is a transporter service to and from the Sacramento Airport.
Other Things to Note
I charge by the number of people in a party. $65 per (2 people) night; extra guests after 2 the fee is $25 per person per night. Booked party has the entire upstairs with 3 bedrooms, one bathroom and one separate shower, whether 1, 2, 3 + people. Example: 2 = $65, 1 extra = $25 = $90 for 3 people per night + $10 cleaning fee.
