My partner and I live in the adjacent main house from late November through March, and while there are happy to assist with hospitality advice, needs, and more. My housekeeper is amazing and will assist my guests when I am not available.

If calendar shows not available, check my other listing, Sedona Cabin with Awesome Views; Walk to Oak Creek.

Sorry, no pets.

Guest Access

Casita is separate from the adjacent main residence. Plenty of parking, beautiful and serene backyard which also serves main house guests.

Interaction with Guests

I am only present from December through March, as I live with my partner in Whidbey Island, WA the rest of the year. I always love meeting my guests and assisting with your needs. Other guests renting the main residence during our absence will respect your need for privacy and may be friendly as well.

The Neighborhood

This location allows access to public transportation, shopping, movies and other entertainment venues, hiking just up the road, exquisite views and coyote howls. Laundry is in shopping center right down the road.

Overall Guest Satisfaction

Check In
  • The room was perfect for my boyfriend and I for the week. It is a small space but has everything you need to enjoy your time in the Sedona area. The couch/bed was comfortable and the house was clean. Marcia was very helpful with giving us tips for local dinning and fun things to do. Very comfortable accommodations for a great price.

  • This is a great location for 1 or 2 people who like smaller living quarters. It is situated in pleasant distance from hiking/biking trails and the main street of town. Hosts provided great insight to the offerings of Sedona and gave great recommendations for outdoor activities.

  • I loved my little spot in Sedona with Marcia and Connor. It was clean and sweet and had everything I needed as well as good vibes all around. Lovely people, always ready to help and make me feel at home. I highly recommend this charming little place!

  • I had a great stay at the guesthouse and Marcia was an incredibly nice host. The room is small but has almost everything you could need. Private entrance, parking, convenient location... all that is great.

The room is a bit of a work in progress as Marcia is judiciously updating the decor and improving the experience little by little. I think each subsequent guest will find even better accomodations as Marcia really cares about the design.

    Definitely recommended, great price too!

  • The place is perfect with everything you need in your own little space out of the house. Marcia & Connor are a wonderful couple full of love who are doing anything to please you. I really felt to be in my own family. Their house face the west, so you can enjoy wonderful sundown on the reddish reliefs of Sedona. Right near, you can get access by walk to beautiful trails and enjoy some nice scenics of the all town. 5 minutes by walk you can also reach some shopping center and daily markets with fresh and organics produces. No doubt, whenever i come back in town, i know where will be my place ! Enjoy.

  • If you're just passing through or need to spend a bit of a longer time in Sedona, don't hesitate to book at Marcia's casita. Very nice little annex close to her main house, located in a good neighborhood and close to everything (Coffee Pot great for brunch and natural market store, not too far away!). Great spot to visit Sedona highlights from. The room was very clean and full of good vibes.

  • The place was clean and was suitable for a bed. Shower is pretty much in the room. The guest house is in a great location, really close to everything in central Sedona.

Marcia was very responsive and helpful.

  • Marcia was always quick to respond to any correspondence I had with her, to organise my stay. Marcia's Uptown Sedona Guest House was clean, neat and tidy, yes the accomodation is basic. I was travelling on my own, my first time to Sedona, I found the Guest House a lovely place 'to rest my head' at night, quiet, but also close and central to everything. Thanks Marcia..

  • Marcia's "casita" is a wonderful studio apartment, complete with bath, mini fridge, dishes, and much more. We loved the location (Marcia let two of us stay, though the set up is really for one, as advertised). I was so near the trails we wanted to hike--including Teacup, right up the street. Also, make sure to go to the original Oak Creek Brewery down the street (NOT the restaurant location in town). We had a wonderful stay in Sedona, in no small part thanks to having such a perfect spot to stay.
