All 5 units, the 4 sets of laundry machines, 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 5 kitchens, incredible courtyard with a large, custom built fire pit, 2 other standard size fire pits, BBQ grill, and the Corn Hole games plus outdoor seating! There is access to a private game room featuring foosball, skeeball,, and a TV—there’s plenty of space for everyone. 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement. We look forward to hosting you!
🔑 Check-In Process: For a smooth check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. This code will be used for keyless entry, ensuring a hassle-free arrival.
☕ Starter Supply: We've prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
