What a fantastic house! When taking a vacation from our hectic lives in NYC, we wanted a place that was quiet and secluded. Mission accomplished with Doug and Linda's bungalow. The bed is beyond comfortable - we had a great night sleep. The area is perfect for hopping on your bike and taking a ride. Burlingame Ave with shops and restaurants is a quick drive away. Really great location and environment. 5 stars!
We arrived and Doug helped us carry our bags up to the Bungalow. When entering we immediately felt relaxed and comfortable. The bungalow is cozy, serene and a great getaway that feels like you're miles outside of anywhere. I would personally recommend getting food and just cooking in, since they have almost everything you need right there in the kitchen.
It was a perfect stay - I would highly recommend this place!
My family of four had a lovely and relaxing week long stay in Doug and Linda's home. The home itself was very comfortable, private, and beautifully decorated. Doug and Linda were wonderful hosts; our girls adored them, their dogs, and of course the chickens! The home was perfect for our active young kids, but also just right for entertaining our friends (who all loved the home too) for a dinner party. Our girls keep asking when we are moving back to Doug and Linda's house!
**Linda even accommodated my friend dropping by with a special treat for us the day prior to our arrival, and even gave her a grand tour!
