A one-bedroom cottage with plenty of room for two or for a family with an infant or toddler who can be put in a crib (No Ka Oi Baby Rentals will bring one and set it up for you and take it away when you check out).

Guest access
The entire cottage and surrounding yard. Private carport and coded gate. Note: The beach is not a swimming beach. It is great for walking on and watching surfers and whales and even though we face east, the sunsets can be stunning. Swimming/snorkeling beaches aren't far away and it's nice to come back to peace and quiet.

Other things to note
I have put together a folder of pdfs for guests that include our favorite spots, details of favorite hikes, safety rules and a list of amenities. You will not have to bring anything except your own beach/resort wear. It would be hard for you to think of anything we haven't included in the cottage...try me :-) Also, while Hawaii no longer has a state mask mandate, you might want to bring a couple of them with you for when you mix with the public, like in grocery stores or walking to your table in a restaurant or for those places that still require one. Not required if you are outdoors social distancing.

Neighborhood highlights

You drive through an old neighborhood to get here but our neighborhood is upscale and quiet. And we have the best neighbors! We have lots of BBQs and Jordan and I set up a projector and screen and have outdoor BBQ and movie nights when the days are shorter.

We have been hosting since 2014. Jordan and I are retired friendly, people persons who love the outdoors...hiking, surfing, bodyboarding, fishing, beach walking, camping, jet skiing, golf, etc. We also love watching our footballs teams and hosting BBQs with neighbors or going to BBQs our neighbors have.
