A wonderful place! A beautiful view and a spacious apartment to enjoy it from. We even had dinner on the little bedroom balcony overlooking the historic neighborhood. Emiliano was easy to contact, and Vittorio was a very kind and gracious host.
We stayed in Emiliano's Penthouse for five nights and had a great experience. It is in a good location, and the apartment was clean and well-furnished. The bathroom is exactly as depicted, which is a bit strange-looking to my American tastes, but I ended up liking it quite a bit.
The only caveat I would give is that it is a penthouse, and while the building contains a *very* small elevator (enough for one person and a couple of stacked bags) that will take you most of the way up, there are still a couple flights more worth of stairs after. This was not a problem for us at all, but I would not recommend the place for anyone who has mobility problems or is otherwise averse to stairs.
Emiliano was a very good host. We had a few small things come up during our stay (e.g., needing to book a cab), and he was very responsive and helpful the entire time.
Appartement exactement similaire aux photos : grande chambre, belle déco, superbe vue sur les toits de Rome, et petite terrasse très agréable pour déjeuner ou prendre un (website hidden)ès central, permet donc de tout faire à pied.
