We had a wonderful stay in Rome. The apartment is perfectly located. Facing an interior courtyard, it is also surprisingly quiet. Only one word of caution: the ceiling upstairs is not very high. If you are no taller than 6 feet, you´ll be ok :-)

A lovely architecturally stunning contemporary remodel in a compact space flat that feels much larger than it is, due to very modern steel beams with cutouts for windows in floor and ceiling, working around wood ceiling beams dating back to the 5th century. Very centrally located just off Piazza Navona, yet quiet. Laura met us on arrival, and helpfully reviewed the details. An intriguing and comfortable flat.

Great location - 8 min walk from Pantheon and 15/20 min walk to Vatican City. 30 min stroll to Coliseum. The space is nice but the ceilings are a bit low. If you stand over 5'10" (me) you'll find it a bit difficult to navigate without bumping your head occasionally. But overall it's a nice, unique, clean place to stay. AC works well and cools the place down, however the washer/dryer combo only washes and spins the clothes (not fully dry) so we had to hang up clothes after we washed them to finish drying them. Bed is comfortable and the space is very unique as far as layout goes. Small shower but the space has two bathrooms so that was nice. One upstairs and one downstairs. You must enter through a small roadside door, then a courtyard gate, then go up two flights of stairs. We managed to get our luggage up, but it was difficult navigating through small door ways and up the stairs. All in all- if you are looking for a nice, clean place to stay (although it was a bit on the pricey side) we would still recommend this location. Plenty of small restaurants right off the street too. One last thing- use the driver she can arrange for you- we paid €60 for an uber from FCO airport, instead of her driver which was going to be €40. Be aware- there is a €3.50/person per day charge in the city of Rome apparently. So for our two night stay we had to pay her €14 extra on top of the €353 two night stay.

Excellent location & a beautiful, unique, interesting apartment, unlike any apartment I've ever stayed in. Laura's a great host, with easy communication and check-in/check-out process.

The bed in the apartment was so uncomfortable that I couldn't even stay one night of my planned 5 night stay. It really needs to be replaced. The shower recess is very small, the water pressure poor and it was difficult to wash myself properly.
